[APPEALING] Account was banned. Please help to unban

Recently, one of my colleagues has received a message of being banned due to the plagiarism.
He has realized that he has committed the enormous mistake of copying several messages.
Does it, somehow, can be unbanned?

Also, if it can’t be unbanned.
Can you, somehow, give the hosting rights of topics created by his account to another one??

Also note that posting anywhere else than this thread, like you did here, is a ban evasion and should be rewarded with another ban:

As far as I've seen, plagiarism is a permaban - you aren't getting that account back.

I talked to my colleagues and they told me that they have faced the same problem and they manage to unban their accounts.

I highly doubt it. They may have had a temporary ban for something other offence. Considering you said this is the highest ranked account among you and your colleagues I can guarantee they did not have plagiarism permabans overturned.

I have completely understood our fault and I am ready to face the only punishment and accept my permaban.

How many accounts do you all have? I can talk with the admin for a reconsideration, I just need to know the names of your accounts to check the quality of their posts and as a former merit source I know a few things about the quality of posts.

This is outside of current forum policy, however I believe paying this kind of bounty would be a good way to ensure rules are not broken in the future by this person. This statement is based in part by the fact that users who are perma banned may simply ignore ban evasion rules and create a new account that may or may not get detected, and may or may not be detectable by the admins.

If someone is caught engaging in copy/paste spam, and has 10 accounts, 9 of which did not do this, all 10 would need to pay the bounty to get unbanned, or some of them could pay to unlock only those accounts.

I would argue that a $100 fine would be a bigger deterrent than being banished, especially considering that the later is more difficult to enforce.

I can't just understand how people can be so stupid. I mean: if you have many accounts, all of them spamming the forum and one of them is banned, how are you so idiot to come to meta and try to recover one of your multiple-spamming accounts? We are going to see your activities, tag you and have information about your others accounts...

Seriously, I just can't understand how people cheat the system and, yet, they have the face to come to here (while still cheating) and ask for forgiveness....

It's the stupidity that leads them to plagiarize in the first place--the act of doing it and the ignorance of language that led to it.  They're just further displaying this stupidity by showing everyone that they've never read a ban appeal thread in Meta and thinking they deserve some sort of special treatment.

Whatever it is, the user already has many alts (he said it openly). Also, the one he's using to the ban appeal is active and spamming as well, maybe another one from his "corporative (shit)accounts".
Anyway, I concur. This is not a good advice, and, also, this is against the rules.
Whatever. Honestly, you can ban 30 accounts per day and the day after you will have 60 alts.
Let's take that as a sarcasm.
