Yep, I think it's a double copy/paste case, being the original that residing Altcoinstalk website.

Just checked that Altcoinstalk (is it altcoin talk or stalk?) website briefly and it's a Bitcointalk wannabe. I've seen signatures, and no merit nor activity currently. Of course, traffic seems small there:

Because this forum dosent have enough community but soon we will grow and this forum is not strict like no activity and no merit not like other forum and some people here is busy on other forums. This forum will grow so be active and get your deserving rank I think activity will add soon.
