Planning to invest in the Riserless rig for first time and came across the below 2 options. Any suggestions:

http://www.biostar-usa.com/app/en-us/mb/introduction.php?S_ID=902
https://octominer.com/shop/octominer_b8plus/

Thanks

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

I have 6 octominers that are working flawlessly. However, my cards are blower style, 2 slot, 10mm space between each card (vega). If your cards are not blowers you will need powerfull airflow because the cards will overheat each other. No experience with Onda, sorry

The Biostar is a level up in quality compared to Octominer but keep in mind that Gpu-s , the ones for mining are usually dual slots and you will have a lot of temperature problems especially now in the summer if you can't keep them in good airflow places.

Overall though both are good choices and it all depends on personal preferences in the end because both motherboards do their job correctly.

I would NOT recommend octominer, which is sourced from a low quality factory in china.

Biostar is a reputable brand with decades of experience in building motherboards.

Fearful when others are greedy and greedy when others are fearful. Just HODL.

Tou can't go wrong with any of these two. Octominer is tried and tested but Biostar is a big brand. I'd go for Biostar, high quality and newer model.

actually, I don't have  Octominer but I have some Biostar brand so far (Biostar) don't have a big problem just setting a bit different when compared to ASROCK (with the same number of PCIe).

Price Of of  Biostar TB250-BTC D+: 178$ at NewEgg

when viewed based on price and manufacturing experience its, personally I choose Biostar TB250-BTC D+
