At this time of downfall of the market the best thing to do to survive the difficulties is to keep calm and be patient because we are already oriented that the status of the market of cryptocurrencies is not always in a good condition and the worst may come like what is happening today though the big loses has a good reasons too and really worth it to grab on.

The number one problem in the market is panicking, most of the people today are selling their coins because they cannot handle the pressure and as the time goes by, the prices are dumping which is a chain reaction for other investors to sell their coins as well.

If my opinion is now better is to stay calm everything that happens in the market is normal not all the time the price will jump high there is a time when the market is falling. So we just stay calm and hodl more every day and do not really see our portfolio slowly rising.
