People just do the math:

NXT: 1 billion coins = max was 10 000 satoshi.

BC : 100 million coins = theoretical max of 100 000 satoshi when its linked to NXT.

Theoretical max when it's linked to BTC: (21 000 000 / 100 000 000) / 10 = 0.021 BTC for each BlackCoin = 2 100 000 satoshi.

Tell me if Im right by sending me some BC's : BRfHkQviVQ6LF6M5AjZoWV7vDpRuswQT8R

You forgot the PoS system, which increases the max supply as long as people keep hold of their coins for more than 8 hours at a time (I believe).

This one's difficutly went up from the interest at launch from what I see. You have proof of the instamine? One thing for sure it isn't premined, and if it was created from Wolongs Dev, well my hats off to him. For once he did something right!

Yeah it was like 20 difficulty in an hour. There was nobody who got any benefit to any sort of instamine on this one. Just scroll back to whatever page and you'll see all the "OMG already xx difficulty!" posts shortly after launch. Then it settled at ~40 for about a day. Obviously it's far better to mine at that then ~150, but it's not a HUGE advantage to the early adopter. I was expecting to mine 100,000 coins easy, with a target of 150,000-200,000 by the time this was finished. At the rate things are going, I may not even reach 100,000 mined so I am resorting to buying (earlier today and now as well) more coins.

This is the one coin that I will not be dumping like I do many others, it's unique in my eyes, and like many other coins that get dumped quickly after hitting an exchange and go down in satoshi, I believe that the opposite will happen with this one, it will only go up from here, especially after we hit PoS. Blackcoin to the moon!

you do realize this is the same dev as Wolong's pandacoin scam?
and the difficulty spike at launch was most likely due to the devs instamining it on their own pool... the day it hits an exchange they will all dump like they did with pandacoin
rat4 is the only dev working on the coin,he launched it in due time with an working wallet without any issue, and i started mining from block 5.
Kimono Gravity well prevented big players from mining early and getting all the coin.

Where the fuck did you get those info? cause i want to know if you suffer from mental issue or are just trolling.

Fair enough.

I'm confused anyway to be honest. The OP implies PoS payments will start after block 5000, and mining will stop at 10000, and max supply is 10000. So does PoS stop at 10000 also, so we just end up with TX fees after that?

so this coin is only going to be mineable for a few days?

then it's only 1% per year network interest compounded 3x daily?

so explain why this isn't just another shitcoin that benefits the hell out of early adopters, and why i should move my 10MH away from aircoin?

would i even be able to get 1kBC/MH/day right now?.. hell there's only a few days left til it's all mined, no?

actually, 10k blocks max.. 1 minute a block, that's 7 days total PoW period?.. so i could MAYBE get like 25-50k BC before it hits the PoS period, in which case.. meh?
lol ive got 1,2 MH/s and im getting 4k BC/day ,mine when you can!

And on which pool are you mining if I may ask?

Stay on aircoin, you came in too late.

if that's true, and 2 days is already 'too late' for someone with 10MH... this coin is never going anywhere/going to be worth anything

i'll see what happens when i finish work in 8hrs, will have been 24hrs on aircoin at that point, and only a few days left here.

youre wrong believe me this coin will hit 5K sat each in a week Wink

not bad if so, that'd put it at .05BTC/MH/DAY or so... i mean, not great, but not bad.

I concur exactly with blade87. Was in from the very start, got lucky solo twice and have now resorted to buying. It seemed fair to me from the outset and I thought that well before I was in any meaningful way invested in it.

The launch for this was one of the most fair I have ever seen. I was able to start mining very quickly when the diff was very low and if there was an instamine, it's the smallest I've seen, the block height was very low when I started mining. I didnt hit any blocks solo unfortunately, but the launch was definitely fair and handled very well.

it's no more fair than any other coin... hell, it's less fair really.. say with dogecoin.. you could mine millions early on, yes.. but you can still profit now

blackcoin? if you're not in within week 1, you're out... it's a closed system, and you can then only buy in from those willing to sell...

the only people who will ever have blackcoin MINED, are crypto geeks... like all the  people here lol.

i'd be willing to buy a few tens of thousands of blackcoin via either DOGE or BTC for anyone willing to sell before i can get to mining.

just lemme know

The day it hits an exchange? It has already been on multiple exchanges for days now...

That still don't prove to me that this was instamined, look at all the interest we had in the first few days, it's not impossible for the difficulty to have gone up that quick. If this is a coin you're not interested in, then Join flinchy and go mine aircoin.
And rat4 was the only developer as far I'm concerned feel free to prove me wrong otherwise.

Huh? I'm saying it wasn't instamined, but the exact opposite.

Also, at this point now I've bought more than I've mined. This wouldn't be the case if early adopters got such a big advantage. And I was there from the countdown release. Tongue

Just to clarify what he was talking about, had he actually read everything instead of crying about one post, one of the pools that was up from launch was having back end issues prior to the coin being launched and this was clarified several times

He has nothing to do with the scammers from Panda mate. I mean look at the whole concept and the zero premine. The greedy fuckers there premined 3 percent and scammed a lot of poor gullible fellas believing in the trust Wolong shit.

Rental miners is no longer profitable on this coin unless you think it's going to hit 5000+ satoshi

And possibly even past that
