If you owned them all it'd not be a proper economy to use for people.  Sometimes a lower price is a good thing for people to get involved
Where can I trade blackcoin? I can't find a list with exchanges Sad

I prefer cryptsy, its been on there for ages now and you can set orders no problem.  Secure long term place with sms authentication, business based out of Florida I think so thats my preference for most coins anyhow

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Well, if you do not care about their involvement in the XPY scam and their ridiculous withdrawal limits that have been introduced on shortest notice...

Price is dropping, any idea why?

- You make a system, where you have to put double amount of money, to pay for something,
while risking to loose it all, in the sake of safety : but everyone is in awe (Halo)

- You make a system, for which you need to pay $ 20k to make payments with cryptos, when the
present already uses NFC : but everyone is in awe (coinkite)

- You make a coffee machine, not.... everyone is in awe

- You make a shitty 'parody' song : every one is in awe, because they won't admit that it sucks

However, when You criticise them, none of the 3 or 4 developers will never open their mouth to try to defend their position.
Instead of that, they will send you their best buttbulls / bouncers and give this coin an aggressive image, while calling you a troll.

You need to BRING value to something, in order to increase its price... But there are only 4 mere people contributing
concretely to that.

What did you expect...
Have you seen new people joining and contributing recently ??

As the value lessens... more and more people tend to leave... only the blinds stay (and the trolls too, lol)

I have been on Cryptsy since 2012, majority of my BLK was purchased there between 0.01 USD and 0.19 USD during the first pump. I just strategically day trade and invest in some cloud mining occasionally when I get good backdoor returns (Potcoin, DASH, VTC and LTC). I would recommend Cryptsy as long as you're patient with the long times it takes to transfer funds out of the exchange wallets at times.

I am working very hard on a internationally accessibility program for medicinal/recreational cannabis. I can already supply at internationally competitive rates, I am just working on my (excessively encrypted and layered, partially on .onion sites even) man in the middle escrow service. I am going to provide 100% anonymity for all the clients and producers through the use of tor protocol and certain functions of facebook may even allow me to make an advanced system where clients could over time reveal more private information about themselves to build trust and 3rd part escrow outside of my services.

$3.50 USD - $6 USD per gram is easily accessible right now. Those prices likely can go down by 30-40 percent within a few months of operation as well... The base cost of production for the average strain (that doesn't require special growing situations) is approximately 2.35 USD per gram and that is easy to produce.

When I launch the domain this will be one of the first places to know.

If you have anything to contribute there is going to be a crowd sourced BTC, BLK and DASH fund for growers to have better access to growing supplies in the currently restricted international markets... Things like Bat Guano (there is 2 types that are very useful for cannabis, 1 for growth and one for flowering), also access to outdoor growing environments, that produce high quality, could be grounds for some drastic production cost reductions.

Genetics is going to be the next focus after the exchange is up and running, basically an online seed bank that may even span outside of cannabis seeds.

Wait...What?!?
That seems like an out of the blue statement. So to understand...your going to have a site (on tor) that distributes for blk, btc, and dash?
I'm not knocking your idea, just trying to understand your statement...
Also you know they took down silkroad because the guy posted before hand what he was going to do soo...
Why blk/dash when you have cannabis coin/thc what ever coins?
Why focus on mj prices unless your advertising a url, cheap is great but all talk atm, tell us about the tech...creating a market for black is whats going to interest this thread.

And watch out there are elitist's in blk that will take offence to such a notion...along those lines black should have been the anonymous front runner right now. - Shoulda/Woulda/Coulda

Because coin isn't relevant anymore.
just that it wasn't dropping at all, just the SAT price went lower. The only relevant BLK price is the one vs. CNY for way more than a year now.
Some guy just bought like 2 million of that "irrelevant coin" there, by the way, moving the price by a mre 6% - almost all other alts would be instantly like +100% or more on that alone.

This.  I use an app to monitor my coin portfolio which I have set to display everything in a fiat equivalent.  Means there's never even a moment of irrational panic when there is a sudden change in price.  What someone else sees as a decrease from 7400 sats to 6700 sats... I see as an increase from .025 to .028!  Naturally that's only if there is a larger change to the upside in BTC, but as is usually the case - the BTC move is larger than the BLK one in the opposite direction.  Not that I plan on converting my BTC or BLK to fiat anytime soon (if ever) but still it helps to understand how meaningless a move independent of the larger (BTC/CNY) markets are on the other side of the exchange.

Until at least some coin (even if just BTC) is an option for payment everywhere and for everything that fiat can be exchanged for... it's better to understand the exchange to fiat than the exchange to anything else... because like it or not, it's still a fiat world. Smiley  And to be totally honest that technique certainly wasn't emotionally beneficial during the early pump... but it is kinda fun to see a high five-figure gain in a single day.  Much less so to see it disappear in the following day. we are very proud to announce, that Blackcoin is now listed on staisybit.com - The TRUE Cloudstaker!

"holders of BlackCoin receive a 1% yearly interest through a process called staking."

That doesn't seem to be much profitable..

I get a stake like once every 2 months but the last was repeated a couple hours later so lucky I guess.    digicidal   is right on that outlook, very much like a sea saw the actual move is not that large usually, only downside is you have to measure it in dollars :p     I'd rather even it out in gold or something but that isnt itself immune to large moves enough yet

Cool, just bought me another 31K of BLK  Cool

Referring to the question of which exchange to use: I personally always use Bittrex.
They have a really nice interface, especially compared to Craptsy, and are pretty fast in their deposits and withdrawals.

I read a post here some time ago referring to a news feed that stated that Ebay was looking into developing an internal crypto for their website.
Someone suggested here that might be a perfect opportunity voor BLK to step forward.
One of the guys here would contact Ebay about this.
Did that happen ? And did Ebay respond ?

It's probably a long shot, but think of the possibilities for BLK if something like that would happen.
I personally think BLK would be perfect for something like that, mainly because of the speed of BLK deposits and withdrawals.
While I'm waiting for my BTC and LTC deposits to clear, I can deposit and withdrawal my BLK's a multiple number of times.

Any cool developments and announcements coming up for BLK ?
Thank for the good work guys !!!
