How much does staking earn?
5% per year according to qt wallets estimate. in reality, a fraction of that. in my experience anyway ;P In reality nearly 1% inflation is distributed only to the fraction of the shareholders, the reward rate is above 1%. At the current staking rate this means up to nearly 5% expected reward/interest rate for continuous staking! the more you stake the better experience |

So far I've been tracking it for 128 days, this is 35% from a full year. My balance grew with 2,60% so far in those 128 days. If we take this further to a full year it will be ~7,43%!!! ((2,6%/35)*100) |

It really shouldnt be a thing that its possible to accidentally mass destroy coins like that, its a negative for the whole standard. Its like inventing a car with an open trans-axle, just dont be silly and put your feet near it and its a good ride, you wont die; if you do well thats your own fault. No the correct handling shouldn't allow user error on that magnitude if at all possible
