Its everyday the same, the whales choose a coin, pump it, make hype around it, dump it for a alot of profit.
Thats the same game everytime. This time it was Blackcoin.
But it also has a golden side: More people found out about this beautiful coin 
So maybe we will see the price back at 1000, maybe 800, who knows, but thats no big deal because the community here is one of the best i ever met   
So with the multipool project and another good ideas this will soon go forward and the price will rise

Ah and by the way, i lost everything cause of Wolongs great Pandastory and only had 0,3 BTC left and i bought BC for 250 satoshi the first day directly from the miners, and mined some by myself,
Now i got about 2,5 BTC only because of this coin and 100k blacks, this brought me directly back to business 

so i found out you only can win with this baby 

So GO GO GO!!!

But I think this coin is already at it's dump side and made for myself decision that it is the time to switch to another. For now I am inclined to GhostCoin because it's  new, also has POS reward system and cheap prices at exchanges. And I wish it will repeat BlackCoin's luck.

Ghostcoin, really? Premine + only 2hr per-announce + instamine + POS 20% for first 2 years/POS 25% for the next 2 years/POS  30% for the following 2 years. Really? You think that is going to be the next BC? I think you would have better luck with the likes of ECCoin.

It can be so, but the net hashrate for ECcoin is only twice of Ghostcoin right now, both have nearly the same premine 1 %, but ECcoin has overabundant number of total coins - so it is not too easy to decide as it looks from the first sight.

How does the logo look when it's small? In most promo material it's going to be tiny not big like that.

I agree that the smallest needs tweeking. Also, I'm really not sure that the word 'BLACKCOIN' is required on the logo, it seems to dilute the focus, weakens the whole design ( it might just be that this is due to the choice of font ). I think word 'Blackcoin' needs to be a separate logotype, as per bitcoin and litecoin etc. That said, it's a massive improvement on the Transformer look.  The B is great, very strong, clear, has a proper 'money' feel to it, has great purpose and poise.

10day-minig is a way to distribute coin dev have chosen 10-day could be longer or not this is his independent decision.
Of course less people joined to BC boat during minig...compare to eg PPC during minig.
To balance that we have to be creative and attract some people to join BC community.

But wait what you see after 10-day ? during mining price was 1000-3000 sat...
After minig price was 500-3000 too...
Do that mining really matters on price ? As you see not.

Today Mutipools / Gpufarms generally destroy idea of POW minig be one GPU-man for better distribution.

POW mining creates his own ecosystem Roi/hardware...

To balance that in POS system like BC works is more about building community.

- Expand user base
- Stabilize price
- Many people don't want buy coins they like minig we are giving them chance.

ok I bought a few. I had already a few and was lucky to buy and sell at the right time.

I like the coin compared to all the new coins. But I don't embrace it like some guys here. POS has its disadvantages (DDOS attacks) and specialized hardware (so that noone with normal pc can mine) has its advantages (secure!).
Distribution: There are different ways of distribution. A long POW like Bitcoin or Digitalcoin rewards not only the fast guys who are hanging around here in the forum all the time. A short POW could be fair, if the difficulty was well adjusted (first blocks without reward), but when the block reward is ridiculously low after a short time (like Quark), this is not really good. But when you set in a POW this is fine. And there are IPOs which are not bad at all.

I think the hybrid system (POW + POS) or a system with only POW but huge hash rate (Bitcoin) is the superior system. But only POS looks so clean. I don't know. I take the chances and buy a few long term.

I don't think this multipool is a good or bad think. There are just people who want to mine coins and buy BC with them. If a multipool does this automatically, this is neat and more efficient, but not more...

No bigger problem
Just someone else got the PoS before you, in the end it doesnt matter. You will receive your stake eventually.
