Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Hmm russian exchange? looking at how Russia is agains Crytpo I would be careful
BTCe is russian ..i was always nervous about BTCE but after 2 years never had any single problem with it ..and ones who were "From the west" became scum like coinmarket.io and off course mtgox fair enough yes |

Hi All! I know everyone is excited by the growth of BlackCoin. Many of us have supported the coin from day one and have predicted it will be successful. I know everyone has predicted numerous targets, but I do believe based on other coins with similar volume and community support, it will settle around $5-$8 USD. However, how quick this happens depends on a few things that is suppressing BlackCoin's growth. A successful coin must be bought and sold to keep momentum going, but we do not have to try and undercut each other to make a profit.
1.) If you are going to sell your coins do not try and undercut your fellow sellers. If you see a sell order for 0.00005337, you do not have to set your sell order to 0.00005336. A few sat do not matter either way. However, undercutting your fellow sellers usually starts a race to the bottom because the next seller sets his/her sell order to 0.00005335 and next thing you know we are down 200 sat because of greed and lack of patience. If you set your sell order higher than the current sell order it WILL be bought, just have a little patience.
2.) Please stop trying to unload a bunch of BlackCoins in one sell order. When buyers see a large sell order of 2 BTC and above they think a dump is coming and are hesitant to buy. Break your orders up into smaller chunks. It is better for you and the community in a whole.
3.) Don't stop buying BlackCoin. Even if you only buy 10- 100 coins every now and then, it keeps the momentum and volume up. If people think a coin is stagnant they will just start dumping the coin. Although I hold a considerable amount of BlackCoins, I still buy a few every day to keep the momentum going.

It is very frustrating to watch people purposely set their sell orders lower than the current sell order price just to undercut someone else. These sellers are just not using common sense. Right now there is HIGH DEMAND for BlackCoin, just look at the 24 hour volume. You do not have to keep lowering your price to fulfill your sell orders! Just set a reasonable price ABOVE the current price and just wait a few minutes. Your sell order WILL go through! We would have been well above 7000 sat by now if it wasn't for some people selling low for no apparent reason.

Is anyone else getting "Status: conflicted" in the Blackcoin client for mined coins? I haven't received this on my other mined coins in the client.

Remember there are a lot of kids trading too .... even $5 profit is amazing to them. Adults are holding on to their coins. Even selling all my BC for $2000 right now still isn't big to me. I make $2000 in one week at work. I want to sell my BC for $2,000,000 at the minimum. |

Not here, but the number of 'blocks remaining' after Rat4 fixed the chain is increasing, and all my coins are now in Stake |
