The actual "bottoms" are only hit for a matter of days. It is the level 50% above the bottom that becomes "stable" sometimes. But I don't call that the "bottom" anymore.

Instead of 50%, we can perhaps agree on the area slightly above the bottom becomes stable.

Like I say, $63 and $70 is just not comparable in market terms to $630 and $700.

Bitfinex victims. DO NOT TOUCH THE BFX TOKEN! Start moving it around, or trading it, and you will be construed as having accepted it as an alternative means of payment to your USD, BTC, etc.

The waters are muddied not just because of alt coins, but because there are derivative coins dividing the market. If they are what they claim to be, then they will allow Bitcoin to once again surge upward. If they turn out to be pre-mined centralized coins and not decentralized open sourced coins, then they may set faith in Bitcoin back a step. If we see some real innovation that is useful for large business to adapt, then expect another bubble. Innovation is the key to adoption. Right now the price is where it needs to be.

Any significantly advanced cryptocurrency is indistinguishable from Ponzi Tulips.

Not always true.

A buzz or speculative interest or mania can be a key to adoption. But then again what is true adoption defined as?

Look everyone, it's SuperJimbo!

silly image ($1200 bitcoins are not overpriced)

Calling the Bitcoin bottom all the way down since 2014!

Lets go and have a look through his post history shall we....see what he was saying about Bitcoin last week, and the week before that, and the week before that, etc..

LOLOLOLOL

Reading comprehension obviously isn't your strong suit.

I didn't say I necessarily thought $1200 coins are not overpriced. I said that many who bought at lower prices thought so.

This was in response to Bitcoin BEAR stating that "$1200 is only underpriced for those that bought there, and those that wish they sold there."

Since 2014? Less than 2 months? LOLOLOLOL

I considered BTC to be underpriced over a year ago at <$15 following an extended recovery from the 2011 bubble, and again last June at <$100 when bears were braying about $30 capitulation and "no more triple digits in 2013". I consider it to be underpriced now at $600.

You bring up my post history? How about yours? Not much between bubbles. LOLOLOL

The real price will be when mining factor comes below 1 cent per Gh at 24h

This time the decline is real, no more constant growth, which all people expect.
Bitcoin never coming back to 800usd, constantly going to fall with little growth.

The price is three times was artificially raised by mining hardware manufacturer in cooperation with MtGox currency exchange.

How about sending your money to Mt.Gox they´re dirt cheap over there right now. It´s a bargain. Smiley

I think better question would be:

at which price you will start to buy coins?

I mean really but, not "I would buy if I was not fully invested" Or "if I had some spare cash"

For me the answer is: well below the current price

I think the long term goal is about $400. Scalability issues won't permit real growth above that. Current prices are pure bubble logic.

You seem to think that bitcoin is dying. If it is the case, do you think all the other altcoins are going to plunge as well or some of them could do better?
Do you have a link to follow the evolution of the mining factor?

Very possible, but I'm not sure about other crypto coins

Link to follow all tehnical data and the follow hottest threads on Bitcointalk.org of the last 24h : http://blockchained.com/

We are nearing the 1MB block size limit, and I think we have been in a bubble since $20, at least. Judging from the number of transactions vs. Bitcoin price, $400 looks like 1MB in the long term, disregarding the current bubble.
