I don't think it's a scam, just a project that went wrong. Not everyone in crypto is a good dev so there's a lot that can go wrong.

the coin still moving from yobit i don't know where is the dev and why its been acting like this is this coin is now part of pnd groups

Those devs are fucking scammers. I bought into their nxt asset and thankfully got out with all my money thanks to one fo their team memebrs. Put a small bit into the ico and sold out quickly for a bit more profit but I think it was a scam all along now that I look back and think about it.
