Hey guys, I've setup a DNotes faucet at CryptoBlox for anyone looking for a few free coin drips. 5k was contributed by us, any additional donations to the faucet are welcomed. www.cryptoblox.comI've also added DNotes to our Mining Portal for those that prefer to mine directly to their wallets with their address. Owned and operated by the same dev that brought you CharityMiningPools.

DNotes block reward is now at 36,000 per day verses 360,000 per day just an hour ago. This is a very significant event for our long term stake holders. The drastic (90%) reduction in the minting of new DNotes minimizes the challenges of instant mine and dump which had negatively affected the true value of DNotes price.
We fully expect a period of adjustment, which could take a few weeks to a couple of months. Our long term miners should take this as an opportunity to mine and hold. DNotes will trade much close to its natural value after this adjustment period. There is a significant up side potential.

As of right now 150045. Poolwarz was a bit late updating the daemon, but they have updated now. We are working through some kinks.

Still working on getting a few people updated. You may notice the warning at the bottom of the client, as long as you are on version 1.1.0.0 you are fine. (Or daemon version 1010000 using getinfo) Poloniex is currently frozen, so I will be attempting to contact them, hopefully they already updated.

Hey guys, we're currently experiencing some issues with the pool when the new changes went into effect at block 150000.
Please stay tuned. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Question to DNotes, are the addnodes in the OP all confirmed to be on the new version? I think I had connections from both versions in place that was screwing some things up with the daemon and throwing an error that Transaction may be incorrect and either our own or a connected peer was on the wrong version.

Ok guys, we're back up and running. All blocks accounted for. Had to rebuild the daemon chain as it appeared that we had a peer connection that was not on the correct version. I only had the 3 addnodes in the conf file that were listed in the OP which was why I had asked if they were all confirmed. Probably had one that was picked up prior to the update automatically. Happy Mining!

OK, so I just wanted to say to the dev's that it is a great call to decrease the supply of Dnotes, even it if means that in the short run there will be little incentive to mine it. I will be watching the price shifts of Dnotes quite closely, not just because I'm a large stake holder, but because I'm hoping to apply real world economic models to the crypto world and see how they fit. You see, crypto makes easily observable and repeatable test conditions. I may even include some observed results from the crypto world in my next essays.
Regardless, my knowledge of how to create anything of Note to this community is rather limited, other than the most limited exposure to Java and C++ from university several years ago, I find my ability to contribute inadequate. I am fully aware that I can go to work on facebook, twitter and other social mediums to raise awareness and so forth, but I feel that I want to (and there may be others out there with similar desires) make contributions that are more tangible - programs, apps and the like. I really like Dnotes and have mined it since I found out about it a few days after its release.
Does anybody have any recommendations on skills / languages / abilities that would seriously benefit both my learning curiosity, and the Dnotes project?
