I'm wondering if it's possible to verifiably release information about transactions made on Mt. Gox, for example more than just screenshots that could be faked.

The transaction ID of a transaction I recently made is 1317888886504144, can anyone find the details of the transaction based on that? Are there databases to look it up? I assume there's some kind of place to view data of presumably anonymized trades since tickers can show recent trades, but I'm not sure where to look.

The trades are visible, with the tid printed:

Your specific trade would likely appear first, if you use a number one earlier than the number you wish to see and use the right currency code.  For example:
[Edit: URL fixed thanks to suggestion from maged]

Trade id is the trade timestamp in microseconds.

Are you asking if further information is publicly viewable about a trade?  I don't think so but I don't know.

Weird, my transaction isn't showing up. Either way, that seems to answer my question, thanks! Smiley

Ya, the tid probably needs to be a real tid of the transaction prior to yours.  Or something.

Either way, that seems to answer my question, thanks! Smiley

Nope, just set it to the right currency (that link is EUR) and go a microsecond back.
