The site itself is not informative at all. There should be more and clearer details within the site. Is it a wallet cum exchange? And the exchange rates seems higher than other competitor.

In the first place, unitaco system is bitcoin mixer - wallet that can be used for really anonymous transfers.
Secondly, no less important, is possibility to pay simultaneous anonymously and secure - this is automatic escrow feature.
For exchange operations we have stand-alone site: papogo.com, where unitaco vouchers can be exchanged to various e-currencies and to\from fiat.
As well as unitaco vouchers can be bought on third party sites.
As for exchange rates on papogo.com, for some directions rates/fees are very low for some not.
We will be glad to hear  recommendations about information on our site. What do you think is unclear?

For starters you should explain the terms of your service better, Also make some proper information page with the terms and how it works, compared to similar services.
This is called unique selling points...

Ok i will start explaining .
I would like to consider the specifics of using Unitaco automatic escrow  on the example of purchase/sale of various types of goods. The feature of the automatic escrow is that at the time of the transaction the goods are not checked by the referee (how can this usually done when the deal is through real arbitrator).
All activities of an arbitrator are related to resolve the disputes. They are taken only when the disputes arise. In this sense, the most appropriate and simple example of using the service is the exchange of Bitcoin to other e-currencies, as well as buying / selling Bitcoin with payment by bank transfer. It is very convenient that the transfer of e-currency can be easily verified, knowing the account of sender or recipient, for instance, by using TeamViewer. Thus, the order of actions in the exchange, for example, on PayPal.
1. Bitcoin seller transfers the amount, which he wants to exchange on his account in Unitaco.
2. If buyer has no account on the system— he creates it.
3. The seller makes a Bitcoin’s transaction in the Unitaco system to the account of the Buyer:
a. Time-protected transfers. For example, 5 hours.
b. As the guarantor states BITTALK.
c. It is necessary to write in the comments: PayPal account to, from .. amount .
That is all.
The buyer can see the transfer on his account. He checks that comment where he can see the sum and account for Paypal transaction and then makes the transfer.
In this case, if he doesn’t make the transaction something else does not suit the Seller – he can press the button "Arbitration" and payment will be frozen.
If the transaction satisfied all, the seller can press the button "Unlock", and the payment will be credited to the Buyer before the deadline.
In my opinion, there no chance of fraud for both. Leaving aside the problem that you can ask your money back in the PayPal system — from this situation does not protect any guarantees.
What if, for instance, you need to change non-refundable money? For example, in the Perfect Money system, both participants of a transaction are guaranteed 100% safety from fraud.

Yeah the site is not clearly explain but you need to give it a try even a small amout to understand how it works..
As my review in this site about escrow service is just like a paypal that you can hold the payment if the seller is not giving what s/he sell the information is not same as s/he sell..
Sample of the selling bitcoin talk account (seller and buyer)
seller sell his full member account and buyer wants to buy it
Once the two has account in unitaco you can generate a payment proposal for a buyer that you need to give the voucher code to a buyer which is generated from split.. before this you need to have and voucher account just follow the procedure below...

Using unitaco escrow service
The seller(also a buyer) needs to make new wallet in unitaco.com and then seller(also the buyer) need to deposit a bitcoin balance with a new wallet address after
3 confirmation just check again your address and verification code in text boxes and click check you will see the generated voucher code
The voucher code that you get you will use it as a login user and password
Back to home page and put the voucher code and also captcha... after that you will be redirect to merchant page. Make sure that your voucher code already save in notepad put it in safety places in your laptop or desktop...
This step are registering purposes only...

During my acquaintance with escrow service I found that it is not free as you claimed. Where is the "Fee" page? Huh I would like to know, for what kind of operations and how much I will pay.

I saw this and thought that they mean standard bitcoin network fee. Because, if the service charges a fee (even the minimum), they can't write that it is "free" or "our system does not charge a commission".
How much they will charge in case when I will use BTC-e USD code? Is this fee fixed or will depend of BTC exchange rate?

rate: for processing one regular coin, the following commission is charged - one transport coin - 1 USD or 0.01 BTC.

Some of our exchange rates:
Webmoney in 1.8%
Webmoney out 0.8%
BTC in 3.5%
BTC out 2%
BTC to Webmoney 3.5%
BTC-e USD code in/out 2%
BTC-e USD code to Webmoney 2.8%
WU/MG in 12%

I think there are some mistake there, not 0.01 BTC. What time does the payment signature campaign start to pay out actually ?

Basically, today (Wednesday) is the payday. BTW, I'd say, expect the payment in few days/hours (like last week).

It goes like this:
We charge 1 ubtc = 0.001 btc for incoming bitcoin and incoming internal transfers.
Not so much for mixing services, isn't it?

We do not charge for escrow service if our system arbiter was chosen . That means that if you pay in our system with protection and BITTALK Trust selected as escrow , you will not pay additional for dispute resolving if any .

As for BTC-e USD code:
We charge for initial merchant voucher: 0.1 usd (amounts less then 100 usd) , 0.25 usd (amounts less then 1000 usd) , 1 usd (amounts gre 1000 usd)
For incoming internal transactions: 0.02% (not more then 2 usd)

Can this escrow service protect me from the buyer, who claims that he hasn't received the goods, or in case when he replaced the goods during the inspection and sent back?

Well i think yes because before the buyer have an account in unitaco he or she need to deposit a bitcoin before the buyer got the voucher code.

The feature of the automatic escrow is that the transaction verification takes place only in the event of one of the sides' dissatisfaction — the referee will check the deal after the transaction.
Thus, in order to protect both buyer and seller, evidence of innocence must be fixed in advance.
Again, in these cases, the exchange of Bitcoin to electronic currency, it is easy to check whether the actual translation is done through e-currency and the guarantee gives 100% of protection against fraud.
However, the sale of electronic products, the properties of which can be modified, should be made with caution. The sale of each product can be developed with some simple sequences of actions. I plan to discuss it, and would be grateful for your participation in the discussion.
For example, the sale of the Bittalk account.
The buyer can ask the seller (after payment but before getting the password) to send him a private message with buyer's public key from the account, which is in trade.
Thus, we can make sure that the seller really has the account and in the future, it will be possible to contact the forum administrator to restore access.
In any case, each problematic transaction will be organized in the course of the proceedings to be considered a nuance of the transaction.
Therefore, trying to cheat in this case becomes a consuming and laborious procedure.

Tried sending funds with their escrow service. It works nicely and could be helpful. The concept of it is good. Who is the Arbitrator? Will you/someone on your team be that person or will you pick someone from this forum to help with it or something?

This is cool the anonymity of your wallet address have been more deep because of vouchers. So payments will be like "Send me the voucher" no more give me your bitcoin address.

Great. Just need to read it all for more information. I hope it can be more simplified and easy to understand with just a little reading.

Arbitrator may be anyone who registered in Unitaco system as "Trust" and choosed as Trust in deal by two users.

BITTALK - it is unitaco system trust. You can enter to this trust with your merchant voucher and choose it as escrow when buying/selling something that can be uniquely checked after deal.

Besides, we registed Trusts for all escrow services on bitcointalk and sent them messages with information about how to login and manage escrow payments in unitaco system.
This trusts are:
ANON136
LYTH0S
BLAZR
PSYCHOTICBOY
BITCOINDREAM
SEBASTIANJU
OGNASTY
TOMATOCAGE
MONBUX
DEVTHEDEV
If one of this trusts will be choosen, and payment will be holded - only appropriate escrow man will be able to unlock it.
