Hello. I see your nick, but I can not determine what you hired mining rig and at what time. In order to resolve the situation I need to identify you by mail. Waiting for a reply letter to email vsepolu4itca@gmail.com

I know what the problem is your lease. You add one dead pool. The system does not allow you to add more pools because miner can not be initialized with a dead pool. I will refund your money, but continue to ask you to always add a reserve pool.

Can you check the rig I rented from you yesterday? its status says live but it is not mining. any assistance would be much appreciated. I rented it for 72 hours you can tell from the accepts that it didn't mine for long.

maybe the pool itself is deceiving you money, I did not touch it all the time Leopard rig
for all the time as I was mining I came across dozens of Mining scam pools that took Mhash, but nothing is charged

ozzishad, I do not know how much your pool is nice, as you wrote to me, but now your pool is dead, because of this you hung mining rig, and I had to manually restore its performance
add backup pool and swith mining on it

for first problem - i give you for free 22:00 for downtime. in renting plans I create a plan for 22 hours with near zero cost - http://www.screencapture.ru/uploaded/f3/83/4d/f3834D99.jpg (zero cost does not establish a system), make it to the end of your time

So far service has been great with no downtime, on a renewal again to continue testing it out.  Will provide more details if I experience any problems but so far rig seems solid, and its run advertised speeds perfectly.
