There was such a situation! A few minutes ago my friend's account broke.
mail immediately replaced by such - stanislava_kozaeva@mail.ru
Here is a link to a friend's account - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1102468
Messages in the profile are written in the address of my friend's purse.

Please tell us what to do to return the account to the owner Huh

In archived link I see only ETH address. ETH ardresses aren't accepted for account recovery. Only way to recover account - send signed message from your staked Bitcoin address to admin. I hope your friend had posted his Bitcoin address somewhere on bitcointalk. Otherwise it's not likely that he will get his account back.

You can ask your friend to get the account locked by clicking  the email sent to his original email on change of email. Then he can get it unlocked by contacting a mod. Compare which route will take less time.

How can one know this without trying both routes ? Staff can tell better.
