variable:A-bitcoin amount
variable:B-profit for player

i'm trying to look for a service that would allow a javascript program or some kind of program that would take bit coins out of a wallet.

I'm trying to create a gambling service that you deposit an amount and receive (A)% in return

but

the previous person looses there investment

so

person

1- invests: .5btc

2-invests: .3btc  (.3÷.2=.15btc=B)

1 receives .5+B=btc

remaining half goes in my pocket

this is a 50/50% win ratio

but initially I am not a greedy person so most likely that .15 that would go back into the system for the loosing person or accumulated over time to help a loosing person
promotions etc

can someone work with me on some kind of program or script
