So there was no payment from middlecoin on the 22nd?? OP states issues will be paid out of pocket, should that have happened?

Yeah, it's going to be paid out of pocket. The auto payout will be triggering in the next day, didn't notice that Middlecoin had finally paid out and forwarded the funds.
As for switching the pool, the hosting term is over, was just letting it run long enough to get a payout. Being auctioned off on the forum ASAP
