here is true. target audience seems to be too small. Don't you think that all of these people are far away from crypto currency? I am sure most of them don't even know what is crypto currency.

We have reached a soft-cap. The amount set as a soft cap was $2.5 mln, and reaching that amount represents the beliefs of investors in the successful future of the digital product. We have raised $3.5 million so far and we are not stopping there.

You correctly noticed this fact. Not in all countries the government closes eyes on fraudulent actions of its citizens. There such actions are stopped quickly and unconditionally.
