This is not Muslim, Halah or Shariah compliant project. This is a project run by a team, some of who claim to be Muslim and some are not. The "team" are saying this is a Shariah compliant exchange without explaining which interpretation of Islam they follow.

Because they have no vetting system in place to ensure investors buy in to the ICO with Halal/permissible money, it means (by default) they are willing to take investment from the following an more:

pimps
prostitutes
porn actors
those currently behind bars in prison serving prison sentences
those that sell drugs/narcotics
those that manufacture, test and sell weapons
those that own publications online/print media cursing Muslims and those that have anti-Muslim agenda
those that own, transport or sells alcohol

Any investment from the above and more means the project cannot be "Shariah" compliant yet these clowns say they are offering a Shariah compliant exchange?

Of course the situation on the market is very complicated. Investing now is risky. But earning now is also possible and with very good money. The main thing is to choose the right project!
You are right, now the market is fluctuating and bitcoin is on a correction. When the situation with its price will change and it will begin to grow. Investors ' demand and interest will Wake up very quickly.

I match that market now, in principle, shows upward trends, and it seems  that now it is worth thinking about investing in such projects.
I also think that we have already reached the bottom and now let's go up! Would already be sooner! )))
I waited a long time before investing. I think it's worth focusing on a few projects. Butit is worth checking out all ICO. I think ADAB is good enough
but it is not worth investing all funds into one project, you can also leave funds for other projects

Any investment from the above and more means the project cannot be "Shariah" compliant yet these clowns say they are offering a Shariah compliant exchange?

Perhaps you are right, in this project there are people who do not pursue the goal to create a quality product. I analyzed a lot of posts on this forum and realized that ADB is a Scam

Thank you for your post. Yes it seems your analysis are correct, this is a scam project.

See how quiet it has been here the last two days....  As soon as the fool gets over his hangover he will be back flooding posts by peddling propaganda in this thread using all his aliases (including those I have not listed above) just so he can keep telling lies to everybody that this scam is Shariah compliant.

Their one man team using multiple aliases to push away and drown out posts exposing them has not logged in since 4th October 2018 around 7:45pm  Grin

Day by day we are discovering something new, I found out that one of thier advisors is a member of Israel Blockchain,  here is the link from their telegram group (http://blockchainisrael.io/#whoweare), if they were Muslims, they will not hire advisor from Israel Blockchain as we all know about the religious conflict between Muslims and and Israel.

Thank you for your post.... this is amazing exposure of these scammers at Adab Haraam Exchange.

Thanks to you we now know it is clear the Adab Haraam Exchange employee you refer to is "Md-Mofassair-Hossain - Advisor Marketing and PR" who I think is actually called "Muhammad Mofassair Hossain" but does not want to use or does not like to use the name Muhammad therefore he shortens it to "Md" which in itself is not a good thing by Islamic standards

I asked in an earlier post about that person Md-Mofassair-Hossain here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4720775.msg46480155#msg46480155
and then again on the my scam exposure thread here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5043659
but these scammers at Adab Haram Exchange never reply. Instead they get their newbies and multiple aliases to make one line posts to push out and drown out criticising posts:

Md-Mofassair-Hossain - Advisor Marketing and PR
--If he is Muslim which sect of Islam does he follow?
--Does he have any qualification is Islamic Studies specialising in Finance?
--If he is Muslim why is shortening his first name Mohammed/Muhammad to Md when the significance of that name for all Muslims is proudly know.

The Adab Exchange are scammers who claim to be running a "Shariah" project.

The Adab Exchange are lying scammers. Thieves.

Thanks to great work by Asmh85 we can see the following regarding Md Mofassair Hossain

If he is Muslim why is shortening his first name Mohammed/Muhammad to "Md" when the significance of that name for all Muslims is well known?

His refusal to use the full name Mohammed/Muhammad and only shorten it to "Md" shows exactly why this person should not be involved in this "Shariah" compliant project and shows why the people behind Adab exchange are incompetent fools or lying scammer thieves or both  Roll Eyes

Md Mofassair Hossain - Advisor Marketing and PR

Their website page shows the name of two people other people along Mr. "Md" who are not Muslim but are advising Muslims on operating their "Shariah" compliant business?.

Seriously, you could not even make that up even if you wanted to!

People who are definitely non-Muslims who are advising (the Adab exchange that are allegedly consisting of several Muslims) on how to run a "Shariah" compliant business. Pathetic.

Join that on with an Advisor who has a Muslim name but refuses to write his full name even though it is the best Islamic name (Mohammed/Muhammad) that any Muslim man can have and you can see why this project is a shambles. Disgraceful.

Again, the people behind Adab exchange are incompetent fools or lying scammer thieves or both, for claiming to be running a "Shariah" project. They should remove the "Shariah" part of their claims and proceed with their project because this scam is nothing to so with "Shariah".

those that own, transport or sells alcohol

Any investment from the above and more means the project cannot be "Shariah" compliant yet these clowns say they are offering a Shariah compliant exchange?

It is impossible to conduct ICO under these circumstances. How will they restrict certain people from participating in ICO. Will they ask for their professions before allowing them to contribute.

It is impossible to conduct ICO under these circumstances. How will they restrict certain people from participating in ICO. Will they ask for their professions before allowing them to contribute.
Based on Sharia norms interest is Harram and under this law all  POS coins will be Harram (not halal) and in the future Ethereum will be Haram too, and  as ADAB is built on Ethereum, so they are not compliant with Sharia at all.

This seems like a generous idea to be implemented Smiley , I know many muslims, they stopped trading btc because some peoples said that BTC is "Haram" which made them stop dealin' with it and one other reason is the exchanger Smiley
This seems a good solutions, if you provide a product with Shariah norms, these peoples will get back to trading Smiley
Best of luck, really excited for this.

You never read the post above your post.

The exchange space is crowded, but with their focus on a specific target, this one may do well depending on their connections within the Islamic community.

What has the Islamic community got to do with this Adab exchange scam?

I think BTC is very Islamic friendly. because it's free of any kind of Govt and bank involvement. it is not controlled by any law. govt and bank. so it's very suitable currency for Islamic community.
BTC is not Gold but it's like gold. because it's price depends on the demand and supply. govt can't increase it's price or decrease it like paper currency.

And Adab Building Islamic Crypto Exchange. which is another good innovation. but some people calling it scammer. so I want to be neutral and see what happens.

Aamir1 thank you for your post.

Would you say that any exchange is an Islamic crypto exchange if it is raising funds to pay for salaries, developers, servers, hosting, publicity and everything else from ANY source without vetting?

In your opinion is it an Islamic crypto exchange if they accept money from:

pimps
prostitutes
porn actors
those currently behind bars in prison serving prison sentences
those that sell drugs/narcotics
those that manufacture, test and sell weapons
those that own publications online/print media cursing Muslims and those that have anti-Muslim agenda

ADAB Solutions cannot borrow from or financially transact with someone whose wealth is completely, or predominantly, haram. If it is predominantly halal, then financial transaction, borrowing, accepting gifts, etc. would be permissible. If one is unsure, then the default assumption is that most of their wealth is lawful. ADAB Solutions doing KYC and AML on their investors and need not investigate deep into the wealth of investor, but rather the basis is what is apparent.

If the Majority of the profit the company makes is from a halal activity and you are not directly involved in the smaller haram aspect of it, then you aught to assume that your income is from the halal, and you won't be culpable.

If you find out that part of  received money from haram sources best to give it to charity because you can't do anything else with it. But you shouldn’t expect any reward for giving it to charity.

@AlexMilton - Thank you for the very well written post.

I highlighted the key point of your excellent post. The fact these Adab exchange people are not even vetting the source of the funds means by default they cannot call it a Halal or Shariah compliant project. The fact it is near impossible to vet every ICO investor means they should drop the use of the word "Shariah". They claim to have reached their soft cap figure last week. So what happens if 90%, 40% or 10% of the ICO funds (which are ranging between hundreds of thousands of US$ to millions of US$) are given to the Adab exchange team by a company or individual that owns websites and print publications promoting anti-Muslim sentiment and overtly uses obscenities to refer to the Muslim "God" and prophets. What if the investment was from a criminal (sitting in jail or on bail) who raped women or physically assaulted them on the basis of their head covering or choice of religion? What if the investment was from an organisation that had a sole purpose of manufacturing alcohol and distributing it in shops and bars?

By all means they can open their Adab Exchange and call it what it is... a crypto exchange because the team behind Adab Exchange are nothing other than a group of non-Muslims and those who claim to be Muslim with one goal in mind "profit". They should not falsely promote this project as "Shariah" compliant when it clearly is not
