But if that "Vegan Cakes For All" company was using using cows milk in all of its Sponge Cake products and using pork fat in all of its Carrot Cake products then how can that company called itself "Vegan Cakes For All"? If they want to trade then remove the word "Vegan" and call yourself "Cakes For All" because they are lying and misleading and scamming therefore are thieves.
I am not very good at the subtleties and nuances of the religion of the world, but I understood your example of vegetarianism. I think that all these nuances are very important for representatives of the religion of Islam, but for representatives of other religions this is not critical.

Thank you for understanding.

Adab exchange = scam

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

For the successful development of any ICO project need a creative idea. ADAB marketers decided to attract the attention of Muslims. Further development of the project will show whether they succeed.

I don't think it is scam, they have open profiles in Linked in, they operate according to shariah norms and they are legit at all.
Today they have a lot of contests in telegram and they are giving out ethereum as well!

What is his purpose? Does he claim money for such activity?
By the way, i stick to opinion that Adab is legit and idea is outstanding. Let's see how it will work.

If there was no permission from Islam to introduce crypto currency, then about any launch of crypto projects in the Emirates could not be a speech!
You say about banal things. Everyone knows about it. But it's good that Islam in criptocurrency
yeah, it`s good step to populazing cryptocurrency in Arabian, and nice opportunity to help investors to earn money.
It is well known that rich  Arabian countries  have many investors who are able to invest large amounts of money in a worthwhile project. I think the fact that the project is Arabic, gives confidence to many of the members of ADAB community.
Well, first of all, they have a 90% of bots and airdropers in the community. Second, they invite people without permission in their community channels. They have a bunch of people pumping this thread. And LAST they are not transparent - is that what you call Shariah norms?

I agree with you, there are many scam projects in ICO industry but you can check yourself everything for Adab and make sure that it is not a scam project.

DUDE! for real? do you think having an open account will change anything? Following your words, everyone who has no idea in religion can Make an ICO and collect money for own goods. They will never say where did they collect fiat money, They will never show you the smart contract (Just because it is freaking wallet), They sell tokens with 150% bonus, OMG come on!

DO you really think it is the legit project?

Adab exchange = scam because it is not Shariah or Halal

If they keep the possibility open to get the funding from the following they cannot be Shariah exchange. Maybe they can be a crypto exchange but definitely not Shariah exchange:

pimps
prostitutes
porn actors
those currently behind bars in prison serving prison sentences
those that sell drugs/narcotics
those that manufacture, test and sell weapons
those that own publications online/print media cursing Muslims and those that have anti-Muslim agenda
those that own, transport or sells alcohol

Marketing is the main component of ICO projects. This project decided to focus on compliance with the norms of Islam. Let investors decide whether it is good or bad. There are many rich people in Arab countries.

Thank you for the post. There is nothing in the Adab Haraam exchange project that makes it either Halal or Shariah compliant.

The Adab Haraam exchange even has non-Muslims advising Muslims on how to operate a Shariah compliant Halal project... utterly disgraceful but somewhat humorous because of the irony

What you wrote is true, the bots and airdrop peddlers are posting to drown out what they see as dissidents, there are so many in this thread and probably in their "community" channels too

As you said, there is nothing transparent about this Adab Haraam exchange except that they have outed themselves as profit hungry fools who would accept investment from anybody without vetting yet call themselves Shariah compliant  Roll Eyes

LOL, I had a talk with someone from adab community regarding JollyGood. Now it is clear for me,why this guy is writing bullshit, scam accusation etc.
He was hired as a community manager in Adab , didn't make part of his job and stole money from Adab. As a result he was fired and now he is writing here bullshit.

Dear JollyGood,
I highlighted the key point of your offense towards the ADAB solutions project.
Your offense regarding source of funding for the ICO.

ADAB Solutions cannot borrow from or financially transact with someone whose wealth is completely, or predominantly, haram. If it is predominantly halal, then financial transaction, borrowing, accepting gifts, etc. would be permissible. If one is unsure, then the default assumption is that most of their wealth is lawful. ADAB Solutions doing KYC and AML on their investors and need not investigate deep into the wealth of investor, but rather the basis is what is apparent.

If the Majority of the profit the company makes is from a halal activity and you are not directly involved in the smaller haram aspect of it, then you aught to assume that your income is from the halal, and you won't be culpable.

If you find out that part of  received money from haram sources best to give it to charity because you can't do anything else with it. But you shouldn’t expect any reward for giving it to charity.
and Allah ta'ala knows best.

Your offense regarding non-Muslim members of the ADAB team.

Islamic finance is not only for Muslims. This means that Islamic financial institutions will not turn away non‐Muslim customers, and non‐Muslims can provide Islamic financial services. In practice, one can find examples of the large number of non‐Muslim participants in Islamic financial institutions worldwide.

The message is that Islamic finance is also for non-Muslims the market potential of Islamic finance is far greater than just the population of Muslim countries and Muslim minorities in non-Muslim countries. Sustainable and responsible investing could also be driving the growth for Islamic finance due to the commonalities in values and shared principles.

The most common translation of kaafir is a disbeliever. It is opposite of a believer. Those who believe that “There is no God except Allah, Mohammad is the messenger of Allah” and profess it are believers and those who reject it are kaafir. In my view the correct translation of kaafir will be rejectors. In common use these days those who are believers are referred as Muslims and disbelievers are referred as kaafir.
Before you name somebody “kaafir”, I want you to read carefully the Hadith: In Saheeh al-Bukhaari (6104) and Saheeh Muslim (60) it is narrated from ‘Abd-Allaah ibn ‘Umar (may Allaah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “If a man declares his brother to be a kaafir, it will apply to one of them.”  According to another report: “Either it is as he said, otherwise it will come back to him.”

Best regards,
Maxat Salpyn,
Deputy-CEO on Islamic finance,
ADAB Solutions

Before investing in the project, of course, you need to think very carefully. This applies to all people and not just Muslims.
