I need to create web wallets in my web project for each user. The scenario is as below:

1.The user creates an account.
2.The project automatically Create a wallet for each user.
3.The project automatically send some bitcoins to the user's wallet.

The questions are:
1.Is it an appropriate to use bitcoinjs to create the wallet for each user?
2.How can the user back up the bitcoin wallet?
3.how can the user take out the bitcoins from the wallet?

I don't think anyone would trust such service right now when market is being very unpredictable. If you are offering a wallet which needs BTC to open, people will lose their faith. Even if they do, you have it explained, how you are going to provide the free BTC's and lastly, for the withdrawal part, it's up to you to choose ways of withdrawal to make your project lucrative and exciting.

it is not that much difficult to handle this kinds of activities cause people don't like compliance on online based things , the main thing you have to do is you just have to open a account properly rest thing will start happening automatically like having a Wallet and start coins all these things

To get customized wallets for your project you may contact with the most secured wallet providers such as Trezor, Armory, Myselium, Exodus, Copay, Jaxx, Ledger nano and make agreements with them. It will be best and safest option to make customized wallet for your web project. Or you may make wallets on your own without any third party provider. Then you need a special team of programmars and a nice budget for the wallet to implement this project right on your own. This could I may suggest.

The questions are:
1.Is it an appropriate to use bitcoinjs to create the wallet for each user?

Generally, it depends on the implementation. If properly used, bitcoinjs should be fine.

2.How can the user back up the bitcoin wallet?

This depends on how you create the wallet for each user.
If you are generating a HD wallet (BIP 44) for each user, you can give them a word seed to back it up (BIP 39).
If you are only offering them private keys / addresses to use, let them back up their private keys (e.g. in a json/txt/etc.. file).

3.how can the user take out the bitcoins from the wallet?

Well, you are creating an online wallet, right? So they could simply make a transactions.
Or, they export the seed/private keys (depending on which option you offer them) and are able to import them into another wallet to access the funds.

It's best not to trust such service, as market is unpredictable. If they do, open a wallet with BTC an explanation is necessary,on how the free BTC's are going to be provided to users availing this service.

If you can create a secured platform where you can assure zero chance of losing wallets or getting hacked people will definitely jump in. However, it looks shady when you are saying you will give BTC reward to people who will use BTC to open their wallet. What's the point of charging people for opening wallet if you are giving out rewards later.
