Hello! You have to enter same BTC address every time.Your BTC address becomes sort of login id as well.Bitcoin are stacked for specific address!

Getting this message when trying to cashout from the site: "An error has occured - This transaction requires a 0.0002 fee to be accepted by the bitcoin network. Do you want to add it? (This fee does not go to Coinbase.)"
Using a normal Bitcoin address, do I have to use a coinbase e-mail or address for it to work?

How much balance have you got?If its significant amount then continue with it and try cashout when reached 100k satoshi. It should work then.If it couldn't then I'll update your address manually.

It is due to the reason you try to open 2nd account. You'll have to wait 6 hours between claiming...even if you have multi accounts. Let me know if you still have problem!

You are not much lucky... Well lower chance getting above it. BTW in next 1-2 months I plan to either increase the rewards or decrease dispense time.

1 - 2 hours dispense time would be good
please increase minimum rewards, 100 satoshi per 4 hours is too little i think, especially at BTC price now

Good to see massive response.Still more people believe current host is good but I'm considering to move.
Which web hosting company are you considering?
Currently I'm with Fatcow.I'm considering to move to Easycloud.us managed Cloud hosting.

What about their support.How fast?
Actually I'm of a view that 10,000 visits daily aren't fair for a shared hosting. Still considering

I haven't asked anything their support,so i don't know how fast is the support.
Also, they have cloudflare in they control panel so you can add your website to cloudflare in only few minutes.Pretty good.

What method do you use to track referrals? Do we get commission even if they don't register in the same visit?
Does the referral commission get added to the normal balance?

Method? Its a PHP code. When someone uses your link and claims a reward then he becomes your referral for life. Commission adds to the normal balance.

I'm also getting a downloadlink in windows.
When I'm in linux I'm getting redirected to a virusinfested pornsite.

And it does not matter which browser I use.
And it also doesn't matter when Windows or debian was installed. Fresh, not fresh no matter at all.

They cut wasn't a lot. Rewards were reduced by 15% when faucet was set to 60 mins from 3 hours.
But we'll try to increase it back again soon.
Also we are moving to a new host within 24 hours from now so members don't receive that sql error.

It makes you wait a long time for the results, all the time using 100% cpu. Thought it was sloppy coding, but I checked the requests the page was making and it looks like this is a javascript bitcoin miner disguised as a faucet.

Its currently set at average 180 Satoshi per attempt. Its mostly 100-180 and pretty smaller chance for 1200 reward.
We'll try to increase the rewards next month.
Thanks
If you cut bounty then you need to update all faucets because its not fair suddenly too much cut and no updates
Average payout increased back to 210 satoshi.
Website transfer to new host completed. Please let me know if you still receive any errors.

Soon we'll increase average payout significantly.
Also the new host also didn't seem to work great. I think it's time to say good bye to shared hosting. I already purchased VPS from Fatcow and in process of moving files.

Finally our website has been moved to new host.We had to try 2-3 hosts in past few days and each had its issues. We are hopeful things will work much better with this new host.To compensate for some data losses during site transfers we have set Faucet payout to 400 satoshi - almost double than normal for next 12 hours.

Dear whats going on today as I started I have 1800 satoshis and after claiming first bounty of day now I have only 330 satoshis
Our database was not completely transferred at that time. Now it should be fine for you.Let me know.

There were some data losses during website transfer. To compensate them we have set average payout to 400 satoshi for one day. I your case it seems you had most of your bounties during that day we moved files. Please PM me your Bitcoin address associated with your account and loss and I'll re-credit.

We are back to Microwallet. Blockchain.info isn't feasible for faucets, charges 10k satoshi fee per transaction to us.
Maybe instead of letting the user cash out when they like, you could do weekly payment runs like Freebitco.in and Bitcoinzebra?
It's fairly simple, just running a CRON job every Sunday or something that gathers addresses that have passed the threshold and then using the multiple transaction blockchain.info API to send each payment.

Over 25 BTC have been sent to users!
We have placed some withdrawal limits, after 0.2 BTC was stolen by a hacker, to prevent future loses. If you receive "Insufficient funds error", you should try to withdraw again in 20 minutes.
For larger withdrawals like 50,000-100,000+ satoshi instant payments may not work at all. We recommend users to not accumulate larger amounts on their accounts. If you still have large amount and experience withdrawal issue then Contact Us with your bitcoin address to process it.

I waited 5 hours clicked refresh put in my wallet address again and then my last earned was gone?  It does not stack my previous ones?

Use your previous wallet address to withdraw it. Your wallet address is your login credentials. When you changed it you logged into new account.

I started trying out this faucet yesterday, and am encountering an issue cashing out. The page keeps saying "Daily budget reached, try again later". And the two emails I sent to its admin have gotten no reply.

DFB reached daily withdrawal limit for today. I just increased the limit but it seems that epay.info did not respond to this change and you might have to wait till tomorrow to withdraw. I wrote about this to epay.info support https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1149545.msg18520519#msg18520519
Sorry for trouble.

Thanks. I need to know the timezone of your server in order to know when the "tomorrow" is. Could you please let me know that?

Is your withdraw going to double if you withdraw on exact time tomorrow?
Have some patience, tomorrow is tomorrow.

When it comes to doing business worldwide, providing customers with accurate times is necessary. I do not live in America so I need the information of timezone in this case. Besides, I would like to suggest you be friendly whenever you can.

Tomorrow means in 24 hours in this "business worldwide" you're referring to.
Try in 24 hours, and if it doesn't work by then, then contact the admin again and ask.

I'm actually being friendly and trying to understand why are people impatient for a few cents, or even a few dollars. The site wont disappear within 24 hours.

I'm not Ahmet, but I can answer - it's not possible to add Coinpot withdrawal, because Coinpot microwallet is not open to faucet pwners. Coinpot is only for Bitfun, Bonusbitcoin and Moon faucets (coinpot and these faucets belongs to same owner), they don't accept 3rd party faucets.
