Any valid source for this article or whatever you wrote in the OP. Because with such big news there should have been lot of buzz by now and this buzz would have been creating upward spikes. Well none of that is happening yet and I guess we need to verify the link first and see what the article really says.

That's a great achievement / advancement in the field of crypto currency. I have participated in 4 to 5 campaigns there were related to crypto bank or crypto loans. This is realisation of that projects. It will be helpful in creating awareness in general people about crypto currency and total capital will be increased in this arena.

If I amn't wrong, I have heared something similar was planned but can't remember if it was Bulgaria. Anyway it's great news, to my mind bitcoin ATMs must be in airports amd big city molls in every country, at least it will help a lot of people, especially tourists.

This is really good news for Bulgaria and for the rest of the world moving forward! Having a country such as Bulgaria taking a huge leap forward and setting up a physical ATM related to cryptocurrency is a huge plus and can really help create a model for other banks and financial institutions in the future. However, the primary goal should be to focus on having already established institutions start creating cryptocurrency divisions to help develop the cryptocurrency market quickly. We can see this already starting to happen slowly with the introduction of Goldman Sachs’ plan to involve crypto in their platform. This is what keeps me waiting for when my country will attend what other countries have done to cryptocurrency, as happened in Bulgaria right now.
