Hi all!

Is it just my setup or is anyone else experiencing this kind of slow down on equihash?

- I used to get.0013000 btc every 3-4 hours
- now I can't even get that amount in 8-12 hours

Please share your thoughts on the matter. Tnx!
i have a truble too. Support not answered some hour

Hi dmshell!

It seems that the problem is in their exchange. I've already seen turned over exchanges but still no movement on my btc conversion.
i dont use exchange

Hi, May I ask a question about the pools?
All pools on the MPH are yours or parts of them are outsourcing?

I have a theory about this auto-exchange and I would like to see your opinion about this. Let's take for example that we have all coins to auto-exchange to LTC. Each coin goes to Bittrex (only as an example, I know that there are 2 more), it changes to BTC then to LTC. On both exchanges/converts you are losing profits/value. Bittrex doesn't convert for example: ZEC directly to LTC, it goes: ZEC->BTC->LTC. When BTC price goes up and ZEC price remain the same or goes lower, you will lose much of the value because you buy the same amount of BTC with more ZEC. Bittrex has these 3 exchanges: BTC-any coin, ETH-any coin, USDT-any coin. Miningpoolhub doesn't support USDT so we are up for BTC or ETH. What do you think? Should I set a coin in this way to avoid so many exchanges/ converts? Sorry for my english and please correct me if I'm wrong on my arguments.

Example Losing money:

ZEC -> BTC -> LTC
ZCL -> BTC -> LTC
BTG -> BTC -> LTC
ZEN -> BTC -> LTC

VS

Losing less money and maybe is faster:

ZEC -> BTC
ZCL -> BTC
BTG -> BTC
ZEN -> BTC

OR

ZEC -> ETH
ZCL -> ETH
BTG -> ETH
ZEN -> ETH

then withdraw BTC or ETH directly to your main wallet.

Bittrex:    BTC, ETH, USDT
Yobit:      BTC, ETH, Doge, Waves
Poloniex: BTC, ETH, USDT,XMR

So the best would be BTC or ETH to be set as auto-exchange coin (I would choose ETH because have lower withdraw fee from MPH)

In your example when BTC goes up and ZEC doesn't change price you are not losing anything as you will buy more LTC for your BTC.  You have only considered one case, but there are many more options how the price of one or the other coin will change. In some cases you lose, in others you win.

I was under the impression no matter what coin you mine or exchange to, it's going to cost you .1% fee.  Is this theory not correct?

In a way... Yes we are losing with AE.

Here are some expenses along the way:
-  From crypto to payout => crypto pool fee
-  The not on the dot exchange => Loses % in the exchange now transaction
-  crypto to BTC exchange pool fee => .0001BTC

So if you are converting to LTC, the transactitons will be to BTC first then to LTC.

This is why the fees are higher for BTC because, they no longer earn from the BTC to LTC part.

Another option of doing this is to do the trading yourself.  It is a good avenue to take if you have the time to do the manual transactions.  Plus you can accurately decide when to trade it vs exchanging it on demand all the time.  Above a certain number of rigs this would be the best option.

0.2% not 0.1%, but that's a different story. This fee is payable to the pool admin for this service. The op is talking about the losses on exchange itself.
Actually here is another benefit of using autoexchange. If you were to exchange your coins yourself you would have to pay TX fees (for sending crypto to the exchange and back) which may be larger than 0.2% that you pay to MPH for autoexchange.

Hi, new here, trying to shill my website haha, as it's open source and completely free (ad-free too). I put in quite some effort in this and think it may be helpful for people.

It's meant to be a clean interface to check your mining stats at a whim, especially designed for mobile in mind, to quickly glance at your payout amounts, and balance etc in a visually easy to digest way.

It's available now so I can gather feedback, as I'm still very new to web development and would love to growth with the mining pool hub community.

Hope this is useful to some! Greatly appreciated! Smiley

Very nice and useful
Tired of looking through every coin page to check workers.

Would be nice if we could open worker section in a new tab or clicking workers title expand it to see them all in full screen.

I made a test, I have two exact rigs (8x1070, the same configuration OC, the same result in DSTM/Claymore etc).

After 15-16h I turned off both (I did it yesterday so MPH could update balances from auto exchange). 1st was MPH 2.4.2 with auto exchange to zcash, 2nd was DSTM from MPH 2.4.2 configured to the nanopool zcash.

1. MPH: 0.03248487 ZEC
2. ZCASH nanopool: 0.0331 ZEC

1-2 months ago MPH was more profitable, now isnt, whats wrong?

if you can, always do the exchange by yourself. You would sell at a higher price 95% the time if you know what you are doing.

depends on your income and coin type, if you have several dollars a day, price would be way off when you mined it.

has anyone had any luck getting the A3 to work on the siacoin pool on MPH yet? or did MPH just completely give up on siacoin? I get it to connect for about 30 seconds at a time. When I set the pwd to d=127 or d=512 it does not set the diff. The A3 shows a diff of 1 when connecting to MPH. The A3 is the only antminer still showing good rates at almost $40 per day and it would be great to be able to use that on MPH.

Your sample time size is laughably small. Do it for a week and then compare.

I sent you an email to support for that problem.
I think it's a possible conflict with BTG auto-exchange to ETH activation. I believe you can confirm or not but paying me what a i mine.
Correct this Please

Are these less the TX fees already? My equihash has slowed down a lot too.

What could be going on with mph?

I hope mph fixes this.

@Biggen1 Another day (I tested whole last week and always mining only zcash was more or equally profitable than MPH. A month ago MPH was better 10-20% than any single mining):

1. ZCASH nanopool: 0,04246335 ZEC
2. MPH + nplus 1.3.1: 0,03636484 ZEC

Now its 15% worse result. Still I am running test on 2 other rigs for 7 days but Im pretty sure the results will be the same. You can check by yourself if you dont believe me (that would be even better - bigger sample).
