How can I contact with moderators?

Hello! I just wanna know why my topic was deleted.The topic was with name "Free Twitter Re-Audit [FAST]" in Services section. I just want to help people. And they need that. You could see the number of replies in my topic.. Have I violated any rules? Tell me, please. And how can I contact with moderators of this section? I wrote messages, but they're not answering.. Thanks.
