Perhaps worryingly for you, I got an attached document saying they no longer offer 'return to sender' on tobacco items and that if I don't pay the tax they'll destroy them. Look 4 replies above another guy said the same thing
Can we see that document please? Also, isn't it cheaper to pay the tax they request instead of buying fags locally? Let us know. |

Delivery to the UK doesn't usually last longer than 2-3 weeks and the seizure rate is about 5-10% at the moment. |

On thursday the 5th of February 2015 I ordered a carton Lucky Strike Red on dutyfree.io. The smokes were shipped on friday and I received them today, the 13th of February. The shipping is amazingly fast, I live in The Netherlands, Eindhoven, and they were delivered by PostNL which is the regular postal service overhere. They just came through the door so I didn't need to sign or accept anything. The cigarettes are packed and sealed. One thing about the packs, they have depht, which you don't have in The Netherlands, but I fancy it a lot. The stamp on the side of the pack says the smokes are from Moldavia. Apart from that they are completely normal, same lenght and taste. I compared them visually to a pack of Camel Filters which I bought here in store. The camels are packed in an xxl package, 27pc., so the pack is somewhat bigger. Overall I'm very happy with the service and all. So thanks a lot! It is different with the worst being in Germany and Australia and the best one in the USA and the Netherlands. UK has our average success rate. |
