There is a great chance that you won’t be losing money this way, check out Liven and Ubex. I read their whitepaper and team info. I think these projects have a good chance of gaining in coming days.

Hello! We are preparing to officially launch the ICO. I estimated that we will go live in around 3 weeks time.  We are going to sell our tokens for ETH. We have no intention of feeling away. The idea was born a few years ago when we stumbled upon a number of problems in the crypto space, and we have been slowly working towards a solution for it. In bear market investing icos the most risky move i think. and also too many icos didint collect anymoney during their crowdsale in that bear market. Hello Dlux! If you follow the Coinmarketcap you will see that the market has been stabilizing for quite some time. If you look at Bitcoin chart, you will see that the average price move is low. Talking about the bear market. There have been more than a hand full of successful ICO's which were launched during the bear market. The ICO's which did not collect money were probably offering something the market and/or industry did not need. During the bear market people are more cautious about their investments, as in, they spend more time analyzing which projects are actually needed.

Hi Malading! There is not a particular determinant which says whether it is too late or too early to invest in an ICO. By mid 2018 the ICO volume already doubled that of 2017. After a sharp fall comes a rebound.  The number of ICO's being published is also decreasing, which is a great sign. This market also discourages the real scammers to do not participate in it, because they solely rely on the overall market euphoria and pump. This leaves a big space for us to be more visible and stand-out more. Another note I would like to make is that we are a serious company. We are looking for investors who will understand more deeply what we are bringing to the crypto, blockchain and ICO table. It is also in our best interest to make their investment profitable. To achieve this we will use a working strategy which all investors agree on. Lastly, we will officially launch the Pre-ICO at the beginning of next year. Hello Wale! I agree with you on this. We have ourselves been participating in various ICO's which were mainly offering tech solution to a global issue. One thing that stands out most clearly is the incompetence of the many teams. When they finally receive the necessary funding to accomplish a number of goals they have agreed to work on they seem to lay back. I believe this is probably due to the fact that euphoria kicked in and they thought that they can slow down on the development of the project. This is what we as contributors hate most and we know how it feels. We know that there will be copy-cats of our project and that we need to achieve and strengthen the leaders status as soon as possible. We are ready for the success of the ICO and we know what exactly to do when we have the necessary means to achieve our goals. The key here is to openly talk about this with your team. They must be mentally prepared for the success and that that it does not stop with successful ICO fundraising. It is only the beginning of the companies journey at the next level.  I like to compare the state of the market with the Dotcom bubble and what came after that, companies which are tech giants today did not evolve from the Dotcom bubble but from the bearish period after it, because market demanded more quality from start-ups. One could speculate that we are seeing the same tendencies in crypto market, only hard working teams with quality products will succeed and this could be the time to look for this kind of projects. Hello HFB! We are indeed from the Baltic states, Latvia and the product is working very well. The project will be published in a week or two. We will give everyone enough time to learn about the project and our goals before we will start accepting Pre-ICO contributions in around February. I also believe that at the beginning of next year the market is going to be a lot more stable and it will be a great time to look into projects to contribute in because the market floor is going to be reached.
