Hello HFB! We are indeed from the Baltic states, Latvia and the product is working very well. The project will be published in a week or two. We will give everyone enough time to learn about the project and our goals before we will start accepting Pre-ICO contributions in around February. I also believe that at the beginning of next year the market is going to be a lot more stable and it will be a great time to look into projects to contribute in because the market floor is going to be reached.
