Which deeply lowered coins do you think will come back?

Most of cryptocurrency are falling now but I believe will recover at the end of the year.
One of them is NEO (ETH of China). It has reached over $ 180 and is now $ 23, down nearly nine times. The market is uptrend and I believe it will be back this year

I think NEO will fly next year once the market rebounds so would say this is a good one to get in to.  I don’t hold any at the moment but it’s on my watch list

I think some of them will grow up, some will not. It all depends on how they are generally appreciated by investors.

Its hard to predict, i suggest you looks for coincalendar, its a good refference than choosing worst deep coin in current market condition. but maybe enter to a few coins can be accepted, like :

If you have seen the OP stated that the top 10 coins are not included, you may remove ETH in your list.
I had to choose this coin in market cap, Byteball, it is not deeply lowered price but hopefully, it will recover soon from the sharply reduced.
This coin has a good technology(IMO), and I believed on this that it might be bounced back price when bitcoin swinging the price into the normal. I am currently holding on this coin.

It seems that the attempt to guess which coins will grow is useless. It is important to have good coins to profit from some of these. Of course, you must be prepared for the fact that some coins will die.

My favorite lowered coins which definitely will come back are NEO, XLM, NEM, XRP, CTXC, ICX, INS and WAVES

I believe in Monero Elf, NEO, UTK, and Steem and I know they will return to their ATHs. These are solid projects with known use cases. They have solid teams behind them and huge communities. I believe they will all come back

NEO, ETC and BCH are the coins dumped more in the market.
Those coins are most dumped and we will find the price boom in these coins for sure in future m

I like to see the investors to look up there on these coins. It will be allow the value growth in the market.

Personally, I think monero will rise very high and also grow past the price it was before the fall when the bull run starts. It has very good potentials and I am sure it will grow very high.

I'm not so sure on what deeply lowered coins will come back but as others mentioned, XMR isn't on the top 10 and it has been low after the correction so I think that this coin will have its own recovery.

I can't look for any coin that has been dwelled at the deep because I don't hold too much altcoins.
