Hello community.
What do yo think about this users bounty manager? He copy paste the same thing on a lot of posts.

User: divowok
Recent post history: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1209532;sa=showPosts ARCHIVE http://archive.is/UBp2d

and going on...

He has now opened a Bounty thread, in my opinion we need to check if it is a real ICO/bounty considering the shady user's post history.

Honestly speaking I would not even tell him a bounty manager. To me it seems like he is a spammer. So let's call him a spammer. I have seen bounty managers who are doing excellent job. Calling this guy a bounty manager is kind of shame for the genuine managers.

Be happy be at peace. Looking forward to BTC at $1M

I don't think it's a matter called the bounty manager because he already mentions the person (User: divowok ) if he mentions only bounty manager (without calling it someone) it has a meaning for all bounty manager.

I think the manager should be able to build good communication with participants not only to build trust between managers but to create mutual trust among the participants with each other.

It's the problem of single user divowok, not problem for bounty manager. Your tittle is a little negative. Eliminate some shit bounty manager, i called them that because they just be like shitposter, most of bounty managers have done their job well and also have rules for their campaigns to force bounty hunters not to spam this forum by bounty report or Signature campaign spam post.
Bounty manager like btcltcdigger have disabled weekly report on bounty thread, instead of this, bounty hunters are required to submit works via google form. It help their bounty threads aren't flood by weekly reports.
