good point. will remove the node address now.

what about putting the windows qt in a password zip file and releasing it early. This is standard for a good release now. The only devs that don't do that these days are those that want to instamine it early themselves usually.

The installers are already online waiting in mega.co.nz. I'll post the decryption keys at 21:00 GMT on here. then in slower time i'll update the website with those keys so you all can download them as normal. Go to http://c-coin.biz and check it out :-)

i'll try to answer all the question here as there is an annoying 5 minute wait between posts!

CPU or GPU mining with standard tools such as cgminer or poolers CPU miner. The algorithm is good old Scrypt.

The binary name is ccn-Qt

The .conf file is also named ccn.conf. The initial version of this file is supplied with the installers and has the first nodes already added. extra nodes will be posted on here as they become available

Not what I had in mind, usually it's a downloadable zip that is PW protected.  In an hour everyone is going to hit that site trying to enter the key and download, it will either be slower than shit, not process, or just crash.

I'd release it an hour early to benefit the people who follow this thread/development rather than those who are waiting to mine the nuts of it for a quick profit at 09:00:01.  Wink Wink Wink Wink Wink

default port = 10465

rpcport = 10464

rpc port in the .conf file for when your solo mining is 9989 (or whatever you want it to be)
