I'm not entirely sure how BlockChain.info calculates it's balances, but I presume it takes unconfirmed transactions into account. Once this https://blockchain.info/tx/2fe93f1a4618ae1cf578681db974120136a89b8774016e5ac8affb893797a03b confirms, the actually CONFIRMED balance will be around 1.8BTC which will of course trigger further payouts.

To avoid errors you could just change the adress for a new round and give a time GMT and a date

You should use the 2.2BTC in the wallet to payback 30-50% of the old investors so a lot more people get money back!!

test.php has been removed as the countdown now works. (it shows the same # of hours in all time zones).

We order repayments based on confirmed date, and then if we have 2x or more deposits confirmed at the same time, it is then ordered by input date (the exact time you sent the deposit). So in this case we have;
