Why a lot of projects launching exchanges?

Hello guys, have been participating in a lot of projects bounty and airdrops lately, i don't know if am the only one seeing it, most projects keeps launching exchanges, i was hoping and thinking crypto and it projects was suppose to grow and carry the whole society along to grow and let economy improve in some part of the world.but instead they all diversify into exchange.

I believe the reason behind a lot of project launching an exchange site happened once the cryptocurrency ETF in the US and the EU region, Japan, Malta banks planning to work with cryptocurrency matter arise because those two things are one of the thing which block cryptocurrency from going mainstream.

Cryptocurrency exchanges are the most sort after ico projects for investors to invest in from Icodrops analysis so therefore they will keep coming.

I think that it is easy to understand why it is happening because it is obviously for everybody that trading and investing are risky kinds of job and that is why some amount of smart people organize market exchanges. This kind of business is much less risky than trading or investing because they do no risk so much and earn a small part of money from every operation like a commission. Probably the procedure for obtaining permission from the SEC is very, very problematic, or maybe these projects just do not want to meet with SEC representatives, so they do not see the point in this and make their exchanges.

BEcause theres a big profit having an exchager so for those project,they choose to have own exchangers than putting their tokens in other sites when they can accommodate own and have opportunities to have other clients in future.

But the problem is those scam projects they are using own exchangers to victimizing investors and so as the participants,better be careful in choosing one,be sure that people behind ico are reliable and trustworthy

Just imagine, the number of ICOs and altoins are always growing day by day even in the bear market. Thats means people will exchange more and more tokens everyday.
So exchanger will be used more often.

Remember binance has been generated almost 1 billion revenue from operating the exchange site and the team can get daily revenue if the exchange site will get a lot of demand and it will give a lot of revenue to the team and that's why there was a lot of people interested to created their own exchange site.

I think its after sucess of binance exchange all want repeat it.
But launching exchange its not wasy, especially security problems big, one new exchange recently hacked and now it is scam.

Basically, they have no idea what they are doing and are desperate to make back money any way they can.
I have seen projects who decide to go the exchange route after the ico and all it looks like is a money grab.

The thing is, these projects will soon find out that this will put them more in the red.
We've gotten to the point where really only 5 exchanges matter, and everything else sucks.
The cost it takes to develop and maintain an exchange will be more than the profit if you have no volume.

For those icos that start off trying to make an exchange, that itself is a terrible business move.
The market is oversaturated and really, none of them stand out at all.
We already have incredible centralized and decentralized exchanges, no one wants new ones.

that could be one reason opening exchange project,but in my opinion exhcange project have huge potential profit in crypto trading.we can take binance, less than five year they gain profit more than millions dollar.and if it compare with existing company in stock market, they are better.daily volume trading and fee on its is main factor why much project based on exchange.
