what kind of address is 1zrtPwnJdUW8qZjAJkBTrpI5maJ9nu0TLAuGVO07?

it resolves to 12Tbp54ymTFWyzP9KAwRBtdJJrbqPC8Bjm if you load it on BlockChain.info

it's not a private key.  what is it?

btw if you're wondering how i found this address, i copied the random letters out of a URL because i had a revelation that it looked like a complete bitcoin address (but it's a little longer)
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

It's not any kind of address. Addresses can't contain the characters I, l, O, 0.
