A 30MW farm with a huge investement and you are giving a gmail as contact?
lsrwmc@gmail.com

Anyways...
... is the farm already setup up?
... what is the main power (local supplier or own production; or a mix?)
... is the farm already inspected by the local supplier?
... how many transformators you are owning and maintaining yourself?
... kind of building? (rented or property?)

people still invest into bitcoin mining?

Well, KingScorpio - people are always investing, but the question is why and when to invest.
I warned a lot of people in here to not invest in asic/rig housing/hosting with 10-12 cent/kwh (Euro) plus asic space cost on top, but everybody was raging out.
I warned to not buy BTC over USD 10.000 for now.
I warned to not buy GPU because the price is just to high. (because all raged out with investing in it)

Now everything was/is down and there are always bully days in a bear market.
But the key is to see the point of changing in a bull market again with some bear days/moments.

Right now is the time to invest or do you want to wait until space and Asics and GPU´s will get double prices again?
After it is up again, it is to late to invest.

But of course - nobody can say that for sure but it does look like almost on the bottom the last week.

But investing in something big without enough informations is never the right way - does not matter if the market is up, stable or down.

Yeah if you are willing to take a "loss" for your investment now and wait for a $50,000 per BTC valuation. The potential for expansion and growth could be big if they have some access to the latest mining hardware.
