when bitcoin starts to rise, although slowly, I see, there are still some people who created FUD.

the American Congress made more specific themes about crypto, one of the congress members the name is Bred Sherman said that the US government should ban crypto and its mining. he noticed that crypto has great potential to avoid taxes.

I think that's not a good idea, the banning of crypto make crypto become more popular, public enthusiasm for crypto will be higher.
so, the solution is regulation. not banning crypto.

and I think bred Sherman is part of the warren buffet and bill gates. they have the same hatred to crypto.

People who are clever do these, talk bad and later invest themselves, just a trick to gain personal benefits. These sharks know how to do real business, misleading people while seizing their own opportunity, earning huge profit from last years bull run.Truly, unlikely for cryptos to be banned.

These sharks are those who talks against cryptos in public and later invests on BTC and other profitable coins when they get the chance to make money from it. Most of the people who made a good amount of profit from 2017's bull run has been against cryptos after that incident, because they don't want general people to become rich so easily. It looks very unlikely for cryptos to get banned. But, we should not get manipulated by such people.

I think it is not a good idea at all. American people will be bright for the crypto for this decision if the news is pure. I guess banning cryptocurrency will make this market more popular to the digital money lover people.

Certainly true that if they try to stop or ban bitcoin, it will become a hidden (don't want to say illicit) business and we know how lucrative that busineses that are not really open to everybody is. Buffet and the likes just know the potentials of bitcoin to grow people into wealth and they are spreading FUD but they must come around because there is no more stop. We are already seeing regulations from exchanges in KYC.

Someone's hate can never be decisive factor behind the  growth of the person / commodity which is hated.  Many times it becomes the factor pushing growth of the person / thing being hated.  The tough are the hurdles; the more strength it gains.  It is law of nature.  e.g. the water makes it's own way.  no hurdle can stop it; even it is capable to break it's hurdles.

So at this stopping crypto is not in the capacity of any one.  

The future of crypto is bright; .  It being the start of the revolution; some will oppose though other will co operate.  

In every revolution the orthodox will always oppose; but in the past we have seen the newer always winning.

The popularity of cryptocurrency is developing day by day. If cryptocurrency will ban in Ameria then public demand will raise for this industries and I think it makes cryptocurrency more popular.

Crypto is Popular Business Platforms in the World. The American Congress believes that interest in the crypto business has increased and many are also earning. But they are not paying tax. So Bred Sherman asked to stop crypto. But it's not a good solution. That would put the economy in jeopardy. I think the country's economy is playing a good role even though the crypto is not taxed.

Economics of every country will be affected of cryptocurrency.

The person doing that are doing it at great risk to himself, because the penalties for tax evasion is very harsh. <Jail time> The

average Bitcoiner will want to cash out to Fiat to pay for services and goods, where bitcoins are not accepted as a payment

option and this is where it gets tricky to avoid the tax authorities. The thing that the congress member forgot to mention, is all

the tax that would not be recovered, if Bitcoin is banned... because there are currently millions of people that are declaring

their Bitcoin income.

The decision to ban Cryptocurrency in the US will not solve the problem but may make it rise, I agree with the discussion. The banning will make the crypto space more appealing to general people and they will be more interested to invest it. Rather Govt. should make some regulations to have control over it. ETF decision will make that clear what govt. want. Actually, there are many congressmen who are being assisted by projects in achieving their election support.

All these statements about the prohibition of bitcoin have no basis. There have never been official statements about the ban. There were only statements about regulation.

I also agree with you that banning crypto is not a good idea at all. If he really thinks that they are gonna avoid taxes than they should make proper rules and steps about it rather than banning it.

In Japan crypto is legalized, although crypto prices are often wild, but Japan has never questioned it, they already know about the risks that must be accepted if using crypto.
