You will be required to submit a wallet address during registration. Either an ERC20  token or a non-ERC20 token wallet. This is the wallet address that your token would be distributed to after a certain period of time. If these token are listed on any of the exchanges, you can easily trade them for bitcoin or any other coin that you like.

Basically, all the tokens are based on the Ethereum platform, so basically you need a purse with a supporting ERC-20 to get the reward.

Just wanted to ask if we need any kind of wallets to recieve those tokens after the completion of campaign. And also how can token be traded into bitcoins or other cryptocurrencies.Any idea?

You already put in the wallets you are receiving the coins in when you sign up for the project. Every week you are to carry out tasks and once they are done and they are counted you get the stakes for that week. After the bounty is over, the bounty managers calculate the stakes and the stakes are used to calculate the amount of coins you get which are paid into the wallet address you provided
