A few weeks ago I found a link to an awesome calculator that showed depreciation calculation of the difficulty over 18 months.

You basically put in the rate, cost, power etc, and it showed ROI with estimated difficulty increases.

Does anyone know the one I'm talking about? Im trying to work out if its worth buying a couple of 2th rigs with a march or april delivery date. But to be honest, from my calculations, i may only break even.

Haven't heard about it. Too bad you've lost the link. I  suggest you to try to find it by surfing the Internet.
