In countries where properties are sold/bought/leased primarily through non-exclusive local property agents, it is crucial to be able to distribute property details/requirements to as many relevant property agents as possible in order to maximise the likelihood of fast property transaction. PropPush is a platform to distribute real-time information of properties offered and on demand within local markets.

Idle properties represent the biggest revenue lost for property market participants and today hundreds of thousand property alerts have been distributed through PropPush in five different countries.

PropPush is planning to transform the current platform (1st Generation) through new generations and ecosystem driven by its own PropPush token (PSH) based on Stellar blockchain and to revolutionize the property information sharing globally.


What is PropPush?
PropPush distributes real-time information of properties offered and on demand within local markets.

PropPush is results oriented online service to connect thousands of property buyers, sellers, renters and agents for faster property transactions.

If you are a property owner and looking to sell or rent your property, PropPush will help you to reach thousands of property agents, who can help you to find a right buyer/tenant for your property in no time. Vice versa, if you are looking for a property to buy or rent, PropPush connects your requirements with the local property agents, who are able to help you to find your dream home and/or property investment based on your requirements.




PROPPUSH TOKEN (PSH)
Being issued on Stellar blockchain, PSH will automatically become tradable on the Stellar Decentralized Exchange (SDEX), hence, not necessarily required to be listed on any 3rd party crypto token exchanges (unlike e.g. ECR-20 tokens). Upon successful deployment of the described business model, PSH will be the core of PropPush business. Furthermore, it is anticipated that in the future PSH will be globally adopted among all related property market players. PSH will have two main functions on the platform as per the below with
Examples:
I. To enable purchasing process:
- With PSH property agents are able to purchase specific listing contact details that they are interested in
- With PSH property owners and seekers can sponsor their listings by making their contact details visible for property agents, hence improving their changes to have faster property transactions, when agents are not required to purchase their contacts
II. To enable rewarding process:
- New listings will be able to earn PSH tokens, when certain listing criteria are met [criteria to be developed to prevent fake listings]
- With PSH property developers are able to incentive their property projects visibility across platform for their target groups

many property companies end up agreeing cryptocurrency as the best marketing area and making bigger profits from direct sales, I deeply appreciate the mission of this project that makes tokens an economic driver in cryptocurrency without leaving direct sales, I hope both things work well even though I'm more confident the token sales will be more profitable, we'll see

We don't take any part on property purchasing itself, since all the countries have different way for end-to-end property transaction and you always need to involve Local Government in the process as well and thus it is unlikely that there will be generic third party Blockchain solution that would be adopted by different countries.

In practice such approach would need to be tailored to every country separately and it would need involvement of related local government organizations. Our approach is to speed up the property transactions by matching supply with demand faster than what is standard today. Our medium article describes this a bit as does our WP.

PropPush will make the process easier by connecting the Property agents and Property buyers. Property Buying and Selling, Most Specially in certain areas who has booming business and interest on this field will have a lot of buyers and sellers which means that the demand for properties will be high and the supply for the properties will be more needed thus the property agents should be more reachable. PropPush speed up the transactions. so let say you have flat that you would like to rent (or sell) out, so with PropPush you can rent it out faster, meaning that investment you did to your flat will give you better/faster return. same if you want to rent (or buy) flat, then with PropPush you can find such flat you are looking for faster. So the main idea is to shorten the time property is un-utilized (empty and nobody using it).
