Only trusted sellers please, I'm tired of scam attempts.
Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

I said I was willing to send the payment up front as friends and family. You cannot charge back F&F. I'm the only one who can get scammed here.

YES you can CHARGEBACK Friend and family and every single paypal payment.
We are not born yesterday mate, or if you actually believe in what you saying, seems like you understand paypal same as i can grow up pigs.
