Guys i just need help how to use this tool.

I just get the link from google to download but didn't know how  to use it.. i hope someone can help me..

you will need to edit the batch file to correspond to your coinbase(ether wallet). Geth also has to be running and sync'd.

Running geth only needed in solo-mining. With current diff (>30T) it's overkill.
For pool-mining see instructions on any eth pool (http://dwarfpool.com/eth for example)
