Altcoin is not allowed to be discussed in the newbie sub-forum but look at all the threads in here talking about alt coins OP I don't think the rules are clear and are being written up? or not to be made clear until new forum.

They get moved if you report them or if the mods see them, but I think they've got better things to be doing than moderating this newbie section.

I think the newbie section is only for newbie questions that are commonly asked rather than a place for discussion any more by the way op.
