OP if what you are looking is to exchange your paypal for bitcoin almost no one is going to do it since there mare many risks, you are a newbie with just some posts, you probably have no prior experience with trades like this, you want to pay with Paypal which is a reversible from of payment and finally you seem to want 0.2BTC and that is a lot of money.

This looks interesting, what do you expect to pay on fees? Paypal is very risky and it's always best to get the highest interest you can get to make sure it's worth taking the risk.
