Here is my settings for r9 270 dual-x oc card

I mine dark coin

I have 4 x r9 270 and 8 gb ram

setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 200
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
COLOR 0E

sgminer.exe -k x11mod -w 128 -g 2 --intensity 16 --lookup-gap 2 --thread-concurrency 0 --no-submit-stale

I got 1850 Mh/s avg.

It works with intensity 15 too.

FYI: anybody following sph-sgminer should switch to this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=632503.0 ... sph-sgminer is not being developed any more and has been merged into sgminer_v5 (with optimized X11,X13,nist5 alogs).

I would say yes to upgrading to the newer one. Mine went from 2.0 from a 270x to 2.8 per. That's a huge increase if you ask me!

Using the following (type of) .bat the sgminer runs but I get "share above target" errors.

GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT=100
sgminer -k qubitcoin -o <host>:<port> -u <user> -p <password>

Now when I try the the following setting, sgminer immediately closes.

GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT=100
sgminer -k qubitcoin -o <host>:<port> -u <user> -p <password> --difficulty-multiplier 256

Anyone else have this issue? I double checked that there was not an extra space or something like that.

EDIT: Nevermind, I figured it out, this is the only sgminer that works with that argument:

Important! A new option was added: --difficulty-multiplier. It allows to set stratum difficulty multiplier. For QubitCoin, Quark and Animecoin it will be usually 256. For Groestlcoin, Fuguecoin and Twecoin it will be usually 0.0039062500 (1/256). Default value is 1.0. If you have "share above target" errors then set it to 256. If difficulty required by pool is strangely large, set it to 0.0039062500 (1/256). Other values are unlikely to be used. Hopefully this will fix all remaining stratum problems.

What's wrong? No shares? Diff 0?

K, won't show image. I get no accepted shares. Best share is 0. Diff is 0.000 or -0.000.

Any idea why I cannot use this config with my 750 TI cards?  I have multiple rigs that do the same thing.  They run fine if I remove the -g 2.

Setup
windows 7 64bit
6 750 ti cards on risers
tried multiple drivers

sgminer.exe --kernel qubitcoin -g 2 -I 17

Error:
Error -2:Creating Context. <clCreateContextFromType>

Is mining myr more profitable then multipool?

FYI: this thread is a dead-end.

shm is not anymore actively involved in sph-sgminer development (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=475795.msg6731253#msg6731253)

sph-sgminer is not being developed anymore

sph-sgminer has been merged with the new sgminer_v5: please take a look at this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=632503.0

I do believe that you can consider this thread closed.
