Who can say what the maximum temperature can be on the chips Z9 mini? I have now 64-69 degrees. What should be the acceptable temperature limit without risk to the device?
Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

60 - 65 degrees is acceptable for the long run.
Above 70 is not suitable for 24-hour operation and above 75 will definitely break something in the long run.
Pretty sure, someone might be cooking a custom firmware for Z9 mini which will increase the hashrate and lower the power consumption, thus the temps' reduction.

- Optimal temperatures are different for different components of your rig!
- you have to check T indicators not only on your chips!
- unrecommended temperatures are always indicated in every technical document of the component (also, maintenance T, storage T, storage and maintenance humidity, allowed altitude).
- Optimal temperatures - from the dew point (the lowest temperature at which condensation condenses) and up to 21-26C (usually, indicated in the passport). Capacitor is the most suffering element in hot temperatures. Electrolytic capacitors are widely used because of their low cost, but turn out dead very quickly.
- using your devices in high (or low temperatures) may lead to premature failure (at high temperatures there is an accelerated degeneration of semiconductors and destruction of the elements) and change of embedded characteristics of the whole rig or its parts (the most usual example - decrease in the maximums frequencies).

most likely 75c or less.

s9's  can run at 75c for long periods of time.

and they have a shut down option at 80 to 85 c

My guess is with the low power use on the z9 you should not be afraid to use it.
