Is there a list of all people involved?
Just seems like an empty prestige title

I think that is one of the reasons people hate the foundation now is because of the recent drama with mt gox.

There's that, but what do they actually even do? It also kinda goes against the decentralised nature on Bitcoin.

They don't do any thing I'm not supporting them in any way and any one who is supports them I don't trust in any sort of way now I have found out the bitcoinstore supports them I don't think I'll be using them any more.

This is crazy, I cant believe these guys are asking us for money. Are they nutttttsoo?

I'd rather give my coins to a scammer looking for a loan with no collateral, a new account with one post and 100% return on my money.

god dam.. someone please stab me in the eye with a pencil.

They probably wouldn't but the beauty of bitcoin is that we could fork the chain, modify the code and start a new foundation leaving the old one in the dark. We would need help from the major pools but it would be simple to de-throne the foundation.

If I only knew how to code!

Then who would run the new foundation? it would probably turn into a power hungry fundation again.

I'd be down to be the spokes person for bitcoin, I can explain it easily in a few minutes and everyone I explain it to grasps it right away.

Awesome, we have a "chief Spokes Person" for this mutiny. That's two along with our "Chief Scientist" that can't code.

think it was suggested in another thread that people should be elected for the Bitcoin foundation instead of someone controlling it like they are now.

The foundation should be a decenteralised and should not have a owner and everyone should be elected to be part of the Bitcoin foundation by the Bitcoin community.

This.  As long as MtGox is involved, stay away.

Bitcoin Fact: the price of bitcoin will not be greater than $70k for more than 25 consecutive days at any point in the rest of recorded human history.

Fee should be minimal. What they should focus on is quality. Those business that have a certain quality should be in bitcoin foundation, other then that no. That is the only way to regain trust.
