Hi AZaman,
we are sorry, but maybe we did not understand exactly what you consider to be the problem. Smiley
With --oc1 we expect that the cards with less power would benefit more.

Did you try running miniZ without --oc1? What was the difference?
Could you paste here right the beginning of the log? (Right after "******** miniZ v1.2m ********")
Cheers

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

@azaman are you using Linux OS? it seems that the --oc1 works to me fine the --oc2 reduce my power consumption and there's a little reduce in hashrate compared on using --oc1.

I'm using windows 10 with 4.19.17 driver installed.

Have you tried down grading or upgrading your driver latest or below version?

 * Console output on telemetry.
 * ...

Equihash 150,5:
 * GTX 1050 Ti 4GB ~7-8 Sol/s
 * GTX 1060 3GB ~13-15 Sol/s
 * GTX 1070 Ti 8GB ~27-30 Sol/s
 * GTX 1080 8GB ~28-29 Sol/s
 * GTX 1080 Ti 11GB ~38-41 Sol/s
 * RTX 2070 8GB ~31-35 Sol/s
 * RTX 2080 Ti 11GB ~58-64 Sol/s

For more information check the first page https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4767892.msg43058434#msg43058434

Use Cuda 10.0 versions with the RTX GPUs. For other GPUs you should test and see which performs best.

Is Nicehash supported with 150.5? And if yes, how? It just shows the first few lines and then nothing happens anymore.

Hi joseph32,
    nicehash should work just fine.
    If you are mining to a ssl port do not forget to specify the ssl:// prefix.
Check our web page https://miniz.ch/faq/ for a few examples.
    If you don't manage to make it work, you could post here your command line and we try
to help further.

Cheers,

Would you ever consider support for AMD Vega/Vega20 cards 🙏 .... this is by far the KING of all Equihash NVIDIA miners, any plans to also be the king of AMD side?

We suggest that you user another miner like lol miner that has a good AMD support.

Hi ltxminer,
3GB is very tight for 150,5 algo. Windows 10 makes ~20% of your gpu memory unavailable so it would not fit.
It should work fine in Linux or Windows 7.
Could you post here the output of ./miniZ -ci ?
Thanks.

is it normal that your miner temp goes down while mining with this miner?
I noticed the difference of this mining software from other mining software it keeps my rigs cooler is it normal?
Before my GTX 1080ti reach 65c but right now the temp is playing around 55c?

or maybe there's wrong about my rig that is why it detects low temps in all of my cards?

Hi crairezx20,
The difference looks a bit too big to be normal. Could you post here the log ?
Also, can you let us know which miniZ version are you using? Is it Cuda 8 or Cuda 10? Which pool are you using?
Thanks.

I am using windows 7, on idle my cards are using 3Mb according to GPU-Z, basically nothing.
That means with the full 3Gb available for the miner
Still "mem alloc error 1040Mb"

try using --mode=3, it may help but it might become a bit slower.

Hi, great Beam hashrate, but I have lot of rejects (20-30%) on nicehash on poolside.

Gminer, and Bimer are slower, but without rejects
