Definitely our ultimate aim is to make Toqqn a completely decentralised app; but not sure how long that would take or how far we could go with the complexities that might occur on the way; also the blockchain technology is still limited and new to be used as the sole technology for a big social platform.. We are not intending to build the platform to collect advertising revenue and then share it among the users. No, that's not the motto we have here. We are going to build the platform against the conventional "make money with ads" or "make money with user data" systems.

To develop and maintain the platform, we are raising funds; and we are also going to build a market place where toqqns (the crypto) can be used as a payment utility; as the platform grows, the value of toqqns will also be growing and this is what would be shared among the users of the platform. This way we don't have to rely on ads or user data to find funds.

What happens if you don't collect your target? We are seeing many projects coming with great promises, then fails to collect enough funds, drops the project wasting everyone's time. Meant no disrespect.

We understand the concern. Since we are not aiming at millions in funds, it won't be a big problem. Our soft cap is really low and very doable. Development of the platforms is already underway; with more funds we could speed up things and add more talent to it. So even if don't raise the funds we expect, that will only delay the launch, not end it - we sure gonna launch the platform one way or the other. 100% sure about that.

Hello ivsem, to be honest, at the moment, there is no project or platform like Toqqn exists. There could be some projects that covers maybe one or two of the characteristics of Toqqn but definitely not all. Technically we don’t have a competition at the moment.
