Yes many of the altcoins were worthless so it may hide in few years but there were lot of new coins created by people everyday so at 2015 the number of crypto currencies were in usage will be more than now.But we need to pick only the best coins to invest so the shit coins will fade away by themselves.

I think 100 top ranking coin according to market cap will still exist in the market in that years, and the demand will increasing because my prediction in every years the market cap of crypto will be increase and growing, in that times the market cap of crypto can be around $10 or $50 trillion . Many coins are able to survive such a long time as many people still earn the altcoins along with the bitcoin of course most bitcoin and ethereum are just what they are investing so it will last until the world knows it.

Only few coins that available today will still have value in 2025. Most of the alts will be hard to survive due to lack of support but maybe the new coins will be created during that time hence the number of altcoin will still high I guess. Bitcoin and ethereum are the two coins that in my opinion will last longer.

In my opinion we have a huge altcoin related bubble burst ahead of us. I think it will happen before 2025. This bubble will burst and it will burst hard. Only a couple of alts will survive this "crypto winter", so to speak. I don't count bitcoin here, because in my opinion bitcoin is totally safe. Unfortunately a lot of people will lose money. I don't see how this could be avoided. Which coins will survive is a good question and it is really really hard to say. I don't know if Ethereum is even totally safe. After the bubble, there will be a consolidation, and a couple of coins will take the lead with bitcoin on top of them.

Yes I totally agree with you. Nowadays launching a coin is very easy. Also there are no regulations governing the cryptocurrency market. So many people are doing that without having an actual objective. So those are only made for speculation. I think many such shitcoins will get the result even before 2025. Only the best ones will survive. You cannot succeed without an idea for long term.

I believe that, like I said crypto is similar with commodities and I believe the history will also same. Until now only top 1 - 5 coins that recommended to use as asset to make money. New coins is good but they will not survive even have good concept and developer team, the market will give them the answer. Keep follow your plan but always use top 1 - 5 coins only.

While the coins at the very top of the market cap are the ones that have the greatest support from the community you will see that many are newcomers and have not existed for long, so out of the top 20 the ones I think are still going to be around by that time are Bitcoin, ETH, LTC, Monero, Dash and ETC, some of the coins currently in those positions could still be around but to me that is not a sure thing, only the 6 that I named have a very high chance of being alive at that time, and once you understand this you realize how volatile this market really is since I only selected 30% of the coins at the top, can you imagine the survival rate for the rest of the coins? It is probably below 5%.

Actually, there is no solid evidence for this. A lot of coins have ranked top 100 in the past and have gone into oblivion. Take bitconnect (scam coin) for example that actually ranked top 50 but no where to be found today!

We don't have crystal ball to predict what will happened in crypto in 2025 so basically no one knows. The span to 2025 is just a short one and there are lots of reasons to believed that bitcoin will still the dominating crypto at that time. Much realistic than to think that crypto will now be dead at that time.

What are the other coins? Well who knows. Even there are coins that will be out of the league in the upcoming years, expect that there are new coins that will be create to joined the crypto world.

I believe yes. Coins like bitcoin has the capability to last for years like it is doing right now. Coins which existed for years is still capable of reaching the best value until the coming years which is really an advantage for hodlers who always hope for the best value. That is just a sign that we could hodl until 2025 if we want to.

Actually difficult to judge or early prediction what will happen in the altcoins specially the shitcoins or the altcoins with have cheapest value and until a year aren't increasing their price, but i will wait what will happen who is IN or out.

Your statements are well om point. Between now and 2025, A lot is bound to have happened to the crypto space. Since the future can't be predicted, Even Bitcoin might not be at the top by then (change is constant in life) But by then, I expect the crypto adoption rate to be quite but that's if the technology is continously improved to meet up modern standards for the financial industry. There's so much to expect and so much to look forward to in 2025.

I believe major coins that are in top 10 or so right now will be alive in 2125 let alone 2025, I am very bullish on the futures of the coins, now yes EOS and so forth might not be really around and might be overthrown by some other coin however coins that are also very old like bitcoin, ethereum, ripple, dash and litecoin will stay because these coins have been providing us with steady results ever since they came up years ago.

Specially bitcoin, it will never get old and it will never be outdone by any other coin, and its only 7 years or so away from 2025 so we are not that far away, it will be around and it will be really expensive compared to prices right now. Bitcoin will certainly make 2025 as one its another great year but not sure about most other coins which are living only due to hypes and not due to real world applications.

there have been a lot of altcoins years ago which people thought will be still on top and strong just because at that time they were on top of the list like #1 altcoin but eventually their bubbles burst and they started their descent to their graves. some of them are already dead and some are still around but nobody even remembers their names.
this trend will not change anytime soon because these "major" coins  are still the same bad coins that just got bigger than  they should have been.
